Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I personally believe that environmentalism in general, and climate change in specific, has been weaponized by the CCP as one of the tools to establish their industrial supremacy. Though as I get older, it seems like it was further and further back that the term "environmentalist" was synonymous with "exceptional hippie nutjob."

I prefer the using the term conservationist/ism. It's too close to conservative for any mouth breathing NIMBY activist to attach themselves to, and I personally adhere to it as a realistic approach to trying and preserve wild areas, and do the minimal impact on the environment while still maintaining a modern society
the CCP isn't that good at propaganda especially not anything other than china numbah one. Sophisticated campaigns like getting people to believe that they have to give up capitialism to protect the earth and also ban the only clean effective technology is almost certainly leftover KGB + oil companies.

There's pretty easy to find evidence that oil company money funds permaculture, Transition Towns, and all the other hippie bullshit that convinces people to spend their time fantasizing about living in the woods and bartering for handsewn undies - or at least there used to be when the internet was wild and free, I don't know how hard it would be to find now. There's similar propagandazing that happens with agriculture. Big money funds useless nonthreatening alternatives like urban farms, so that groups of people who could form potential threats to the giant super-centralized systems making a few people insanely rich get siphoned off into growing their gay organic lettuce in raised beds in an empty lot and thinking this is politics.

Trump fucked up a lot during his presidency but by far his biggest mistake was not dismissing Fauci from federal service.
Trump's single biggest mistake was the Jeff Sessions appointment. Sessions' panicky recusal when the Russiagate pieces were being put into place permanently crippled the Trump administration. He needed somebody with balls of steel to stare down the plotters and refuse to let that conspiracy advance a single step. Instead, he let it spin completely out of control. He also chose to focus on marijuana busts instead of rolling up antifa and BLM. Sessions was so inept that Trump had to replace him with a Bush guy who wasn't gonna do shit about The Steal, but at least shut down Russiagate so that Trump could kind of have at least half a Presidency. Sleepy Jeff was a complete disaster in every way, and his cowardice led directly to the 2020 defeat.

*Dismissing Fauci and nuking his reputation to hell and back on the way out. Otherwise, Biden would just have re-declared him king of COVID (like he already did).

Fauci has tons of skeletons in his closet, so torching him wouldn't have been hard. But just dismissing him wouldn't have fixed the problem.
I have a Final Solution to our Fauci Problem.

Trump's term was ultimately a demonstration of why voters should *normally* prefer experienced politicians over first-timers in the nation's most important offices. They're less likely to make mistakes like Trump did acting as if every Republican was actually on his side.
What could make things bad for the CDC? They're bureaucrats. They can't be fired. Congress won't cut their budget. They're part of the unelected branch of government, the administrative state, that isn't in any way accountable to the public.
Well, the CDC itself is already irreverseably fucked in terms of credibility. What they're doing at this point is chiping away their credibility with Branch Covidians, since it's already completely gone for the skeptics.
Mark my words, when we really kick into election season in the fall, there will be a push for unvaccinated people to not be allowed to vote....you know, for everyone's safety.
Some polling stations in Virginia tried a trial run of this, trying to make people wear masks to vote, and that shit was stomped out within a couple hours, in large part because every conservative on social media was on high alert for bullshit thanks to 2020. Not happening, and if it did somehow it would happen in a one-party shithole like California or Oregon where it wouldn't even matter.

>encourages everyone to get their booster and follow CDC guidelines
>yet still caught the virus

:cringe:
Frankly at this point, I don't think it's a matter of "if" you catch this bug but "when."

My mom was fully vaxxed and boosted, and yet she still caught it over the holidays - my dad most likely as well. And even though I got tested negative twice, I still showed symptoms that indicated I likely caught the damn thing as well. Fortunately it's been very mild, but unfortunately that was still enough for my employer to declare me a plague upon humanity and make me quarantine for the past week.
Is Biden saying that he will build a wind farm where your house used to be?
How many people that lost their homes are energy technicians?
Tons of people live in Colorado for the natural beauty of the mountains. Nothing like ruining that view by putting meme turbines everywhere.
T. Boone Pickens's massive windmill farms have ruined the natural landscape of west Texas, and lord knows how many birds they've slaughtered.
After months of frustration over Manchin's cockblocking, Pelosi appears to have finally returned from Mt. Doom with a new plan. She will cook up some fresh Covid spending, and attach it to raising the debt ceiling in mid-February so the Republicans won't block it! Pelosi took care to make sure everyone knows this was her idea by explicitly saying the administration hasn't asked for more funding.

Pelosi Opens Door to Virus Aid in Spending Plan as Omicron Rages

  • Suggests additional funds could be included in appropriations
  • Child tax credit is a separate matter, House speaker says
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said there’s an “opportunity” to add federal coronavirus relief aid to a package of legislation funding the government as a February deadline looms.

“It is clear from the opportunity that is there and the challenge that is there,” Pelosi said in an interview on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” noting that President Joe Biden’s administration “has not made a formal request for more funding.”

Additional funds to help mitigate the effects of the pandemic could be added to a bill that’s needed to fund the government after a stopgap spending measure runs out Feb. 18, she said.

“I believe that left to their own devices, the appropriators can get the job done,” Pelosi said. “Something like additional funding can be in there, can be fenced off for emergency, as would be Covid.”

Last week, two senators suggested that additional relief for U.S. restaurants and other service industries hurt by the surge of infections could be added to the spending bills. Senators Ben Cardin, a Maryland Democrat and head of the Small Business Committee, and Roger Wicker, a Mississippi Republican, said they are working to build support for the plan among their colleagues. Pelosi didn’t specify what any extra funding might be used for.

Pelosi told CBS that the virus’s “resilience” means it’s spreading faster than in previous phases of the pandemic, underscoring the need for everyone “to get vaccinated, to be masked, to have spatial distancing and the rest. And to be tested, tested, tested.”

Senator Roy Blunt, a Missouri Republican, blasted the administration on the Senate floor last week, saying the problem wasn’t funding but the administration’s lack of a strategy for getting a handle on the virus. Biden officials focused on vaccinations at the expense of additional testing capacity, he said.

“For a full year, the administration has focused almost exclusively on one thing, and testing and treatments have not had the attention they should have had or now that they must have,” Blunt said. “That failure’s come at a steep cost. Today, Americans can’t find over-the-counter tests, and the nation lacks a comprehensive, reliable testing infrastructure.”

Child Tax Credit

Pelosi said it’s unlikely that the spending bill would include an extension of the child tax credit, which expired in December, since the appropriations bill would require 60 votes in the Senate, unlike the president’s Build Back Better plan, which is being considered under a reconciliation process that requires only a simple majority to pass.

“The Child Tax Credit, we have to have that fight, that discussion, in the Build Back Better legislation,” she said. “In order to pass the Build Back Better, it’s under reconciliation, we only need 51 votes. The bill that is the appropriations bill requires 60 votes in the Senate. So we have to do what’s possible there.”

Asked if she had spoken to Senator Joe Manchin, the West Virginia Democrat whose opposition has held back the Build Back Better legislation, Pelosi said they have talked “over time” and that she thinks “there’s an agreement to be reached” with him on the plan.
All that "reflief" won't mean shit if it means continuing to print money and cause inflation till where a loaf of bread costs $10.

There's another problem, which is that Americans are fond of believing that our government isn't corrupt. Sure, individual actors might be, but we've always believed, however rightly or wrongly, that the government as a whole is not corrupt. Trump's administration caused the rats and roaches to come right out into the open, forgetting that their place is the shadows. We had rats proudly strutting in front of the camera, showing us their cockroach farms, bragging about all the filth and slime they had accumulated over decades, trumpeting how never fear, they have so completely rotted the foundation of the republic that they were going to effortlessly collapse the floor under the Orange Man and drown him in the sewer they'd lovingly crafted.

Cat's out of the bag. There's no going back. They didn't just call in favors, they sacrificed every last bit of public trust they had just to get the gravy train from China, Mexico, or wherever back on track. America is now a low-trust society, like Mexico or Brazil. You can command people to pay taxes. You can command people to wear masks. But you can't command them to trust you.
Some lubricating corruption has been a staple of politics since people started living in villages to make the systems work. Nobody minds a little corruption when the politicians and policies involved benefit the populace. When Senator Jones pulls a little dirty fast one to put some kind of project in town that employs a lot of townspeople and local firms, nobody really minds if he skims a little off the top as a bonus. After all all, the Mayor is getting clout, Charlie's Construction boys get a good gig for building it, Dave and Bill and Jimmy get to work there when its done, Paul's Diner and Tom's Pub all get more business, and so on - everybody is happy so Senator Jones can have a taste as a reward. Take a look at Huey P. Long's entire career, corrupt as could be but because he built bridges, and roads, and improved people's lives he was practically a political messiah.

When it breaks down, it breaks down because the corruption no longer benefits the people, either the politicians take too much, they point the benefits to non-local entities, or both. The openness of the corruption is secondary to where the benefits go and how much the politician benefits from the corruption. Once the internal perception goes from 'they are a corrupt bastard, but they're benefitting me' to 'this asshole is corrupt and hurting my kids' then public opinion and theoretically votes shift to dislodge the official.

The issue currently is that its not a senator or mayor here and there undergoing this level of distrust, but entire parties and administrations. On one paw, all politicians have become more selfish and corrupt as they have continued to get away with it, and arrogantly forgot that there is a fine balance to maintain. On the other, entire classes of politicians have converted to an ideology that isn't even about pretending to serve the people, but instead to destroy the nation and genocide its populace by corrupt and authoritarian means. In most people's minds, these two great sins end up a bit blended, and if there is a grand political backlash nobody is going to care about distinguishing the nuances of motivation behind the betrayal.

They'll just want to see the entire political system swing from a lamppost.

The problem for the Cabal is that the steal cost them everything. Every favor, every contributed scent, every bit of capital. It was like someone power washed it with ocyclean. That thin grease entirely removed. And without it, the cabal had to do everything the hard way. Any deal it made, any negotiations it was in, any proposals it created... all had inbuilt resistences and no way to smooth them over. So they got lost in debating increasingly tiny minutia.

You speak of the steal as it is a certain fact. I don't mean to dispute or debate that, I honestly don't know. But I am curious, since you say your work with politics, I gotta ask, is the notion that Biden stole the election a wide spread and accepted in the world of the politicians.

I mean, I know none of these guys would admit that in public because of the stigma of undermining the "democracy", outside the ones that already have the "brand" to do so, but behind close doors, is it something that the all know and accept?

I mean, I don't mean for your to power level or anything, just a yes or no if you have the awnser... but if the awnser is yes, how do people "inside" see the democrats now? Any image of respect, as little as it would've been, must have taken quite a hit right?

. . . This is what's so frustrating about talking about the 2020 election. They stopped counting votes in the middle of the night and found hundreds of thousands of extra votes in multiple states for 1 candidate. There is video of them closing voting spots in Georgia for them to pull out boxes underneath tables to start counting.

If anyone, and I mean anyone, still believes Biden won the presidency legitimately you are either retarded or ignorant and to opine in ignorance is retarded.

The Steal is more than 4 am vote dumps. It's more than doing things that the USA has sanctioned other countries for doing. It includes things like banning all talk of a Presidential candidate's corruption from the internet. To the people that did it, they don't call it The Steal. They call it 'election fortification.'

Welp, just got rejected from a job interview because I wasn't jabbed. Didn't say it upfront on their website, either. I have natural immunity as well because I got Omicron over the holidays. THANKS BRANDON!
Aren't you black? You could just play the race card and say the community doesn't trust the CDC and Phizer over the Tuskegee Study?

dont forget changing election law without the legislatures

No. I dunno if you're joking or not, but I'm not even going to PRETEND to play the victim, because if I do that, (((they))) win. Unlike the ghetto and college-"educated" niggers, I'm not gonna spend my life being a color. If they think I'm going to submit to their Mark of the Beast just so I can get a few extra dollars in my bank account, they've got another thing coming. My faith in the Lord has brought me this far. If He didn't want me to get this job, He must have something even better lined up for me down the road. Either a raise at my current job, or a better-paying job somewhere else that isn't as strict about the jab. I'm not gonna give up just because of a few setbacks, and I encourage all of you to do the same.

I thought you said you were black. But yeah, I'm not being serious.

Oh, I am. I'm just saying I don't consider myself a victim just because I'm black, and I'm not even going to pretend that I do, because that's playing into TPTB's hands. Sorry if I confused you.

Get ready to be disappointed a lot more often because of this. Sometimes you have to ask up front about it if you get a call back before you go through with the interview process just so that your time won't be wasted.

Remote work is the hottest thing right now because of this, but even THAT has it's limits because now you're starting to see jobs go "LOCAL REMOTE ONLY" because they are receiving applicants from people from different states.
