Yeah, was gonna say 16 might be a bit too old for Twitter to talk about being a pedophile - especially since outside of the US people are even more lax about age of consent. But Twitter is also where a lot of the infantilizing of women 18+ goes on. So this is up their ally. This is a weird area for me as it is absolutely grooming and scummy for a 30yo man to go after a 16yo, but I also don't consider 16yos children. Most people are sexually active by that age. The larger problem is the probable power differential. There is a reason though that the oldest decoy ages TCAP ever used was 15, and they met with critique even for that. 12-13 was the typical age that drew in really depraved people, 16-17 is more likely to just pull desperate losers.

That I'm not sure of, I'm entertaining it as a theoretical since like I said it isn't really something I'd say was out of line with Sam's sexual character. My skepticism about the situation is more about the fact that there are people who would have a motive to gay op someone like Sam, plus the sloppiness of leaving that much evidence. Especially a photo.

Finally watched the idubbbz documentary and while I don't usually like Sam's content this was some good stuff. The interview was especially great with Sam just openly telling idubz that his content is auto banned on television and platforms like youtube while idubz tries to convince him he can make neutered crap content like idubz does these days. This stuff has been going around for a few years at least. I remember first seeing many of these allegations back in 2015/2016 or thereabouts. The photo of Marky especially has been going around since then (though I remember seeing the censored version and coping that it could have been an of-age woman). It isn't some kind of 4d chess promo material for an idubbz video.

I was a fan of the guy so I didn't want to believe any of this stuff either, but the evidence is pretty solid at this point. You can date that photo of him and Marky reasonably and see that she was underage, has blood on her face, and they are both in some state of undress. Normal people don't have photos of them out there like this. If you think it's just peachy, whatever, but don't pretend this stuff isn't reasonably proven. People keep mentioning the texts/8chan screenshots/etc as evidence, but IMO you don't need to rely on them at all - just rely on what he said himself on the Boston Ross video, see the screenshots those directly line up with, and then see the photographic evidence that those two were involved with eachother.
