I know it's been said, but why is every twitter profile pic he has ever taken infinitely more punchable than he even appears on stream? He often goes for these weird, vaguely mopey doe eyes and some sort of soft, semi-ironic, half-smile/smirk. Nothing about this remotely reflects the persona he aims for, or his actual personality.

Anyway, let's take a moment to acknowledge the real tragedy here - this is less Phil content on Derich's birthday. It's like he is trying to hurt his biggest fan. It's been a while since Phil cancelled a whole stream on short notice, so it's a real tragedy that it should fall on this, the Day of the Coomer.

Then on the evening stream, we're going to hear, "Happy birthday Derich! It sucks it was such a messed up day for me man, so I can't really be super positive for you. I could really use some extra help right now myself..."

However you guys are probably right, it's probably some normal thing that everyone deals with, but to Phil that's always a "MAJOR EMERGENCY!!! PLEASE TIP!!!"

EDIT: I just thought of something, Kat is pregnant and Phil knows he is not the father, because they never have sex, sooooo now he is stuck at the hospital waiting for Jim's child to come out.

Because what we see in a picture is not what he sees. Think of it like inverse Body Dysmorphic Disorder, where instead of hallucinating an uglier self-image, the narcissist percieves themselves as more attractive in a photograph than they actually are.

For someone calling himself "the unstoppable", he sure got stopped right quick.
I'm quite sure it's something totally mundane, it's simply a big deal for him because of his life. Whatever it is will be used for begging anyway, so that's neat.
I do however have hopes it's something that could fuck him up, fingers crossed lads.

Not likely. A while back supercrzy did a post encouraging people to make snowkarl socks, and he did a tweet saying "I'm just gonna ban all of you" so I dont think it's derich related. Besides, he only ever thinks of derich when he sees his messages in his chat.

At worst, I imagine a pet emergency considering how miserable that cat is being neglected in the sty for so long.
