two things:
don't confuse gay and lesbian with trans stuff. especially with MTF "lesbians", they are straight men with a fetish.
secondly, churches and other groups that promote conversion therapy for gay people are usually the same groups accused of, or proven to be, sexually abusing minors. bad take, that.
there's nothing toxic about lesbians wanting to go get married and be left alone, or gay men being whorish. it's just the nature of men and women.
we're talking here about people who are in a different category completely, a different universe. they've used LGB as a cover and shield even though most of them are not gay at all.

Of course predators are more common in conservative churches. Pedophiles and sexual predators are like locusts, they'll fly around to any community that they think will feed them. Religion and political persuasion are meaningless, it's all about what environment they will flourish in. Conservative churches attract and keep predators because they tend to share attributes that create the perfect environment for sexual predation:
1. Strong hierarchy. In these communities, if you are a member of a certain demographic, you have unquestioned authority over those beneath you. In conservative churches this is usually the patriarch of a family. Adults in general also have authority over any child. This is great for predators who can use the "children must obey adults, adults are always going to be believed over children, and adult males are always believed over anyone else" rules to enforce silence about all the children he is abusing.
2. A priestly caste. In the Catholic Church this is/was the priests, in protestant churches it is church leaders, or anyone considered a leader in the community. These people are blessed by God which makes them incapable of committing sexual crimes (this is not usually expressed explicitly; rather, anyone accusing them is simply told "You expect us to believe such a strong man of God could do this?")
3. Strong ingroup/outgroup dynamics. If a crime becomes undeniable, it's still unlikely that the predator will face any consequences or be stopped from committing again. This is because victims are told that exposing the crime to the wider world will cause scandal against the group as a whole. Victims of Catholic priests, and their families, were told that they would be "putting souls in danger" if news of their abuse came out and made other Catholics question their faith. Church members instead tend to close ranks and try to deal with the abuse themselves (which never works because the predators simply manipulate them into thinking they won't offend again, and then go off and offend again). See Josh Duggar, the entire Catholic Church up until recently.
I only bother to write this even though it's OT because you can see the exact same dynamics at work in "trans communities":

It's a clever tactic since a transman can only address the obvious patriarchal hierarchy in the communities if she admits to herself that she is still female, and most transmen will do anything to avoid that.

I disagree with him often and his tweets about people dying improving the world is not my cup of tea, but I hope he's going to be better. Posting a goodbye video is an attention whore move but you could tell he was desperate and hurt. Wonder what worsened it this time.

There are people who bait and there are people who are making a last ditch effort of screaming into the void hoping someone will listen and take them seriously before they finally go through with it. Most suicidal people actually have enough of a self-preservation instinct left not to want to die, they just can't see any other option left to end their suffering because they are, surprise, not thinking straight.
What you do in response to either is the same: you take it seriously and get them help targeted to suicidal people. The attention whores will hate being institutionalised for a fake attempt and won't do it again.

Sure, I don't think it's wrong. "Attention whore" sounds mean but who doesn't need some attention or help? At least this way he received it. Better move could have been messaging people directly, but I don't know what his interpersonal circumstances are. I won't judge.

Isaac has BPD, so unfortunately, he has trouble regulating his moods, and BPDs easily blow things out of proportion due to their rigid black and white thinking. They also have a hard time of just simply saying, "I'm in a bad place right now and need help" and resort to more dramatic measures to get it across that they need help.
I really hope he gets real therapy, both for his BPD and his regrets about transitioning.

I wrote about this in the other thread but this, 100%. This is just BPD behavior. It’s not the same as when a narcissist threatens suicide because they’re not being deliberately manipulative, or at least it’s not manipulative for selfish reasons; if you have BPD and get it into your head that someone is rejecting you, it really does genuinely feel like the world is ending and you’re being destroyed.
Unfortunately, even if it’s not done out of malice, the behavior can end up as damaging and draining to anyone involved as being around a narcissist is. It’s quite a tragic condition when the person is otherwise nice. But it is just not worth getting emotionally entangled with someone with BPD unless you are prepared to enforce some extremely strong boundaries and accept that the relationship probably will not last anyway. Otherwise you’ll just end up reinforcing the behavior while not actually helping them.

IDK, I have seen way worse both in this thread and on the internet (1 man 1 jar comes to my mind), the most horrifing part is that he paid a surgeon to get that. They truly are butchers who are gettting paid so much for shit the troons could have done themselves if they were not so squeamish, at virtually no cost and could have ended up being mutilated less.
Even though this is extremely gross, it's surprisingly illustrative of the unique structure and texture of a vaginal canal.
