Dieting and famine are the same. Restrictive thoughts about food are the same as actually restricting food. Thinking about not eating will make you overeat, because your body will think it's experiencing famine, but it's a good thing and your body knows what it's doing
Eat whatever you want and your body will deal with it. Check the bottom comment though, it's almost like they're thinking they should be overeating rubbish to eat properly

Moderation is bad. If you ate donuts all day then felt sick, it's because of judgmental thoughts, not fat and sugar overload
