I just checked and yes his own entry is deleted. The page says "In order for a YouTuber to be request a page to be deleted, you must ask one of our staff to remove it and you must also verify that you’re the actual YouTuber." So even though he spent years editing that page over and over, he would even keep updating his streaming links after he was banned from YouTube to Stream.Me, to DLive, to Bitwave, to a half dozen other websites he then decided to delete it.
