So I got thinking. I was born male and I am male now.

Is there anything legally stopping me from identifying as a trans man? I was thinking about it in the shower how the arguements against me would easily violate my "gender identity" in the same way that an employer telling a tranny that they're actually a man would cause a corporate shitstorm.

There is bio trans woman on Twitter whose reports on reeeing troons are decided in her favour, which is hilarious. Yet to see something like that IRL, but one can dream :optimistic:

I went to find out if Korean universities were that based and turns out troons are technically allowed after their SRS, but in 2020 the amount of opposition from other students made a troon withdraw from the university.

A transgender student, the first to gain admission to a women-only university in South Korea, has decided not to attend due to massive opposition from other students, according to media reports Friday.

“I withdrew my admission, because of growing fears on voices of opposition,” she told Yonhap News.

She also wrote in an online community Friday afternoon, the last day to accept the offer, after withdrawing. “I was scared of the recent situation. I was afraid of the words and actions of those people, who were not allowing me to achieve my hopes, not even the slightest bit,” she said.

The 22-year-old transgender woman, who wished to remain anonymous, received an offer of admission from Sookmyung Women’s University’s law department last week, becoming the first transgender student to be admitted to a women-only university in Korea.

She underwent sex reassignment surgery in Thailand last year. Prior to the national college entrance exam in November, the court approved her legal gender change from male to female in October, which means she was legally allowed to apply for admission.

The university’s unprecedented decision was met with mixed opinions from students, alumni and civic organizations.

While some welcomed the decision, many students at Sookmyung strongly opposed it. Some asked the school to revoke the offer of admission and revise its policy to exclude transgender students.

She is said to be applying to other colleges next year.

That redditor should have went to google the university or something, I recall some of my male friends from college went to Ewha Women's University for exchange as international students, so technically the troon could still apply as a man lol. Korea's still pretty much a man's world so he might come out of the experience detransitioned!

Also note the bizarre inconsistency where she says in the recent video that most parents are okay with her doing this, whereas her initial video is specifically mocking parents who are NOT okay with it (lol). The original video was clearly meant to provoke, but now she is CONFUSED as to why it received negative backlash. Okay.

I also do not believe for a second that she merely referred to herself as "Teacher Ash" and then waited until the students innocently asked why she did not go by Ms. Ash. I am certain it was a very dramatic affair that the children were subjected to, about how it is rude to call her Ms. etc..

Also, lol at the fact that she thinks she "looks different" than the other teachers, when she looks like a typical 20-year old girl with short hair.

On the one hand, gross deviant. On the other, at least he isn't lying when he admits he trooned out for coom reasons. As much as AGPs are gross, I hate them more for all the flowery language about "authenticity" they hide behind.

“Fifty percent of transgender youth attempt suicide before they are at age 21” stated the mother of the most famous transgender youth in the English-speaking world (Jennings & Jennings, 2016). As a transgender theologian has observed, “the statistic about suicide attempts has, in essence, developed a life of its own” (Tanis, 2016).

Their analysis shows that the suicide rate really is fourfold the normal for both MtFs and FtMs, but most interestingly,
A Swedish study of 324 individuals who had undergone genital surgery between 1973 and 2003 found much higher annual suicide rates: 250 per 100,000 for transmen, 43 times the rate for matched female controls, and 285 for transwomen, 16 times the rate for matched male controls (M. Boman, personal communication, 12 April 2021; Dhejne et al., 2011).

Doesn't this suggest that SRS is massively increasing the suicide risk for trannies? The N is very low, which is why the numbers are so magnified, but god damn - how do you read that data and not INSTANTLY get a research group together to confirm? If this held up to a repeat study it would be evidence that SRS is basically tranny genocide.

New International Olympic Committee guidance on transgender inclusion could undermine integrity in sport, say a group of medical experts.

The IOC says it should not be assumed a transgender athlete automatically has an unfair advantage in female events.

Its new framework also changes the policy on requiring transgender women to suppress testosterone levels in order to compete in those events.

A statement questioning the move has been signed by 38 medical experts.

They are linked to the International Federation of Sports Medicine and European Federation of Sports Medicine Associations.

Authors of the statement - published in the British Medical Journal Open Sport and Exercise Medicine - include the head of World Athletics' medical department, the medical director of cycling's ruling body the UCI and the chair of World Rowing's medicine commission.

They say the guidance has been drafted mainly from a human rights perspective with little consideration of medical and scientific issues.

The statement calls on the IOC to set formal standards, based on competitive fairness and the best available science, for sports to follow.

"The authors would like to see further discussion and consultation with all stakeholders," it reads.

The IOC's framework on transgender inclusion, which replaces guidelines issued in 2015, places responsibility on individual federations to determine eligibility criteria in their sport.

In their statement, the medical experts say most federations will not have the capacity to implement the new guidance.

The 10-point IOC document is "not legally binding" and not every sport is expected to find a solution before the Paris 2024 Olympics.

The old policy said transgender athletes would be allowed to compete provided their testosterone levels were below a certain limit for at least 12 months before their first competition.

Under the new guidance, relying on testosterone levels alone in female events is no longer deemed sufficient grounds to determine whether or not a competitor has an unfair advantage.

"You don't need to use testosterone [to decide who can compete] at all. But this is guidance, it's not an absolute rule," said IOC medical director Richard Budgett in November.

The statement from the medical experts reads: "As high testosterone concentrations can provide a baseline advantage for competitors in certain sports, high testosterone concentrations must be mitigated in the female category of these sports to maintain fairness and integrity."

The IOC's new framework was prepared over two years in consultation with more than 250 athletes and other stakeholders, and will be implemented after next month's Beijing Winter Olympics.

The guidance also applies to athletes with differences of sex development (DSD) such as South African 800m runner Caster Semenya.

Governing body World Athletics has defended its existing policy, which forces DSD athletes to suppress their testosterone levels to compete in certain events, citing the rejection of Semenya's challenge of the rules by the Court of Arbitration for Sport in 2019.

In September 2021 the Sports Councils Equality Group (SCEG) said transgender inclusion in sport could be improved by adding 'open' and 'universal' categories to male and female ones.

Its review of non-elite sport in the UK concluded that current policies were not fit for purpose and required a reset.

"For many sports, the inclusion of transgender people, fairness and safety cannot co-exist in a single competitive model," it said.
