As much as I think Spencer's a glowie faggot he may be onto something here. Look at the ties between these parties, Ethan with Nick and Nick with Anglin/The Daily Stormer. Ethan's been a part of the AF totem pole long before he joined Cozy TV, look how he managed Nick's debates on Killstream especially against Redpilled Gaming. What's interesting is that they subpoenaed Casey. Casey was not in Washington DC afaik, and he wasn't very enthusiastic about the whole IRL Stop The Steal stuff. Plus he immediately distanced himself from Nick after the 6th. My schizo theory is that the feds watched the Patrick Casey saga on the Killstream and they figured Casey would stab Nick in the back one final time.

This makes a lot of sense to me. I don't think I'm willing to make any hard and fast predictions quite yet but a possible angle I can see is:
-both are subpoena'd
-trial happens
-casey does (or doesn't) spill the beans
-Fuentes spergs out and uses this as an excuse to further entrench his audience
