I'm not gonna do armchair psychology here but getting mad at not having it one's desired way and bad impulse are two prime traits of BPD.

Not saying Faith doesn't, but I think she's more of a mildly Bipolar I type than BPD. Her lies about her family and eventually getting the (West) Memphis Micro just seemed like some kind of manic episode, the moment she snapped out, she escaped. ralph shows a few of these symptoms but the rest don't match up. you can make the point that he acts full of himself as an act or cope, but the lengths he takes it to just make it seem unlikely. if ralph were bpd he would form his personality around may or whoever he's gunting at the time, and constantly try to appease her out of fear of being abandoned. ralph doesn't have a "volatile attachment to others"

npd traits however seems like they were written using gunt as a reference. every single point here describes him perfectly

npd and bpd are both insecure deep down and a lot of the times are caused by childhood trauma/neglect (which we know ralph has judging about what he's said about his father). it can be caused also by being spoiled by parents (a) and i'm inclined to believe that played into it because of how ralph acted towards his mom, and living with her until she died. it seems depending on the situation it can end up either way. because of the way their relationship works i'm most concinved that may and ralph are bpd and npd pairing, it's not uncommon
