London has been multicultural since before the industrial revolution. Minority communities of Germans, Frenchmen, Russians, Jews, Poles, etc lived there in peace. Idk, I never encountered any issue with Muslims either, obviously one should be careful walking alone at night, but that’s part and parcel of living in a big city. Hooligans are no better than your Albanian or Somali gangs.
Thankfully I lived in Fulham and mostly hung around there, Chelsea and Westminster. The coloured I’ve encountered, either in my Uni or in off-licence shops have all been friendly and rather welcoming, so maybe broaden your horizons, bro.
