Lets compare this to when Obama called Kanye West a jackass following the Taylor Swift thing. What Kanye did was jackassy, Obama commented on it as such, and virtually everyone agreed. It was like "Yeah, he is a jackass".

But I need to hear an explanation for how Doocy asking about inflation, something that is ravaging the country right now, is a stupid son of a bitch for asking it. And this also coming from a demented old man who can barely keep it together, lol.

I spend like three hours a day in this thread and very rarely saw anything that I would consider needed serious cleanup or extra attention from the mods. This thread is pretty civil for political discussion, all things considered.

That said, it is pretty much an echo chamber. But again I would argue that's not necessarily a bad thing. It keeps me from shitting up the Biden Derangement Syndrome and COVID Conspiracy threads.

I agree about it being an echo chamber and admit to being a contributor to the echo, but when someone with different ideals actually just talks about it without shitting up the feed, this place is surprisingly adult in its converse. Only problem is that the civil differing ideologues are rarer than a blue steak.

Nool has a very specific vision for what this site should be, and has to be fair had to deal with the worst of certain parties. To me, and to probably many others here as well, politics are my lolcow. I have been pointing at the television screen and laughing at the talking heads and politicians for just as long if not longer than many have been pointing and laughing at deathfats and failed let's players on twitter. But from Nool's point of view, we're parasites on his site. We're here not here to laugh at retards, we're here because we've been kicked out of some reddit for talking about the Jews once too often and this is some free speech haven for us to colonize and then later be kicked out of again, because it's those kind of one-issue retards that call attention to themselves. So I can understand why Null periodically punishes A&H. I don't like it, but I can understand.
