It depends on the power dynamic, which is about to be tested. Fleeing the area is not a power move, so it's not looking good for Justin at the moment. That could change though if he is able to mobilize institutions that favor him from his hiding place. We could see some significant push and pull depending on the ideological split of law enforcement, local businesses and military.

Thats usually how one gets arrested which would allow them full authority to remove you and the truck.
