This will be the most valid attack vector Weens can employ going forward, contradicting Chris's Cannon look at the way he raged as hard as he could at Ken in the recent letter when he talking about his version and a possible reboot, to Chris his fantasy world is just as real to him as the real world is to us and he views himself as the creator of that universe so when events he's not though of happen and enough people accept it or he's presented "evidance" he get's really distressed.

That's why he's said he has to be in all fan works because he views it as giving it some legitimacy (also opening up another attack vector), people forget how important his control over C'Ville is.

Someday I wish Chris would just fucking realize that "Sonichu Canon" doesn't matter at all. He's the creator and owner of Sonichu and canon is what he says it is. This is what has me confused. I mean I certainly wouldn't be shocked if for whatever reason they've regained contact (even temporarily) or we're just in the dark about some details before he was cut off. But it just struck me as odd. He seemed like he was starting to panic a little over it to Zombo, and has been out of luck otherwise, so it's entirely up to Barb.

I doubt that's true. There are often contact protective orders in cases of this nature. If he were contacting Barb after court had ordered him not to, then he's ratcheting up tons of order violations that will work heavily against him.

It's proven outside of his own claims that they were speaking, due to his knowledge of the accident Barb was involved in as well as what specific relatives stepped up to help her afterwards, so on. There's no reason to believe there's any such order since he had been calling her consistently with her willingly speaking to him, up until recently where she's just not been answering. Obviously this could've changed (say she started picking up again, despite her best interest) without us knowing, but the assumption is that one of said relatives talked some amount of sense into Barb or there's been some form of more extensive care for her, although I feel like the former is much more likely.
