As far as I remember Kai used the following argument to deliver what is quite frankly a brutal takedown of every point Nick tried to make.

Still, Nick is generally relying on an approach to the Bible that has more in common with Encratism or the later Kierkegaard than with recent traditional Catholicism, which places a lot of importance on marriage as well as clerical celibacy. Most celibate approaches to Christianity have been volcel rather than incel, however.
