That may well be so and maybe its really Ivan who shot that plane, still the fact remains the plane shouldn't have been there above an area of conflict. No other company dared to fly over that area at the time yet Malaysia Airlines ignored advice and tragedy happened. Long before investigation was even started, everybody was pointing the finger at Russia so the investigation seemed a little based. Ukraine and Poland got stuck between two totalitarian regimes of Nazis and USSR and lost something like 40% of their total population in scorched earth treatment.
