Not a traditional "cursed image", but I have been re-watching HBO's Autopsy series (it was on our cable when I was a really small kid and always spooked me and induced fun spooky late night watchings with my blanket nearby to jump under if I got too scared)

The story of Marybeth Tinning always bothered me the most. She is a horrific psychotic munchausen proxy mom who killed 9 of her children before the cops caught on. NINE. I will never forget the photo they showed of Jonathan, who is definitely the cutest baby ever. Look at the little fellow:

He lived a few months I think before she killed him. It is beyond sad that he had a complete lunatic for a mother. Shows like that remind me that the real monsters aren't spooki skeletimz and creepy creatures...they are human people just like us. And looking at that baby's cute photo always breaks my heart.
