They may have said that in the email but they have yet to file a Rule 11 motion and have filed a dispositive motion that will lead to the dismissal of the case. I also believe they're generally required to serve at least a draft of a motion, not just threaten sanctions without reference to Rule 11.

I'm thinking that Las Vegas FD has been searching all over Russ's neighborhood this morning, looking for the burning dumpster fire that has the whole neighborhood blanketed in smoke and stench. So strong and white hot is the seething of his plights.

Shit, I totally missed this, but you're right, it's an exhibit in one of the Taylor suits. Two thoughts: 1. is this girl that Russell was texting with Erika? I think the timeline matches... and 2. God bless talk therapists, some of them are angels on earth, but Russell's problems are well beyond the scope of a Zoom therapy sesh. He really needed that forensic psych from the Erika case. If this AGT suit goes REALLY poorly for him we might still get one as I'm sure Fremantle or Marathon have professional threat management guys in their network .
