Goddamn, she makes Kathy Rumer look like a run of the mill grifter in comparison.
Even though Florida is pretty lax when it comes to medical licensing, I'm surprised she hasn't been flagged based on her psychotic TikToks alone.
You can tell she isn't in it for the money, she genuinely loves creating these abominations, and she wants your daughter to be her next patient.
Maybe I missed it but does anyone know WHY she moved her practice to Miami? Was it because of the lax medical licensing laws or something specific? Is it easier to do what she does in Florida or is that not a thing for surgeons?

This is missing the EmmaLake neovagina disaster saga, aka one of the worst neovaginas to grace the SRS thread (a tale of incompetence, medical neglect and wound dehiscence).

Here is the complete documented horror story (with all the gory pics), helpfully compiled by our friend @Falling Star:

Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5 and 6

A preview of what you are in for (NSFL):

It's a very well documented telling of someone completely mutilating a human body, horrible stuff.

I have no sympathy for any of these people. Imagine thinking any good would come from having your male privates removed and replaced with some bootleg funk-hole.

I feel bad for his wife, she sounds like a bit of a doormat but who knows why. I hope she gets out and has friends or family she can stay with. And gets custody of any kids or pets they have, a worrying proportion of old AGPs seem to also be nonces and/or furries.

She has never explained why she moved from Indiana to Florida so all we have is speculation. My theories are:
(1) Her position with Indiana University was temporary and they chose not to renew it. Her position there was technically "assistant professor" and 5-7 years is normally how long somebody with that title has to work at a school before the faculty decide whether s/he gets tenure - if she got turned down or this was a non-tenure-track assistant professor position then they would have expected her to leave when her contract was up.
(2) Indiana is not a good place to be a doctor. I was reading a piece on this recently but non-profit hospitals in that state (which includes IU Hospital) make extremely low payments to doctors despite their high costs due to loopholes in American healthcare regulations. Sneed would have gotten a large pay raise by moving to Florida even if she had not started her own practice.
(3) South Florida will have more paying customers. Metro Miami has almost the same population as the entire state of Indiana in a smaller area with a much larger LGBT community (Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale are just a few hours up the coast and are generally considered gay havens). The large LGBT community also makes it likelier that insurers will work with her. The "cool young doctor" image she cultivates is also going to go over better in a very trendy, status-obsessed place like Miami compared to a fairly conservative blue collar state like Indiana.
(4) She resigned as a condition of IU not referring her for investigation by one or more of the hospital, medical board, state police, or the DEA. To be clear this is 110% conjecture with no proof, Sneed has remarked that one hospital has refused to give her privileges on ethical grounds but the bar for "acceptable" SRS is so low I'm not convinced it is possible to show that anyone failed to meet it.
And yes, state-by-state regulations are a thing for surgeons: I don't know how this translates into ease of filing or winning a suit or the cost of malpractice insurance but Florida has stricter caps on malpractice payouts than Indiana. I suspect both states' Medicaid systems are equally unfriendly to Dr. Sneed because they are quite conservative on social issues so that is a non-issue (I know Obama won Florida twice but a Democrat has not won a Governor's race there since the 1990s).

[There are three Floridas. I am only talking about White Suburban Florida, not Cuban/Black/Carib Florida, nor White Trash Florida found in places like Tallahassee and Pensacola].

Miami has more customers than Indiana. Lower religiosity, more money, more kids who didn't get enough attention from mom and dad. For white kids, Miami, Orlando, and Tampa have the perfect conditions for turning kids into troons. It's not about how many groomers there are; it's about how many groomable kids there are. For many reasons, ranging from heavy car dependence to an older population, you get a lot of kids who didn't have enough real friends growing up, and probably had both parents working long hours to maintain their lifestyle. So instead of getting valuable interactions with real peers, they're watching Dr. Gallagher's TikToks.

Imagine being so fucking retarded that not only do you use internet slang to describe how to mutilate young peoples bodies but you force them into full body pictures where they're covered in self harm scars with their fucking family in it.
Absolutely disgusting
I usually like seeing cows get milked but I hope this one gets a hard slap in the face for what they're doing.

Why are those chest scars so wide? Is it normal for this type of cosmetic surgery, or are they intentionally making them as disfiguring as possible? Is it pure sadism, an attempt to make sure her victims won't be able to pursue normal lives after this, or something else?

Breast tissue goes right under the armpit, so yeeting them off creates big scars. Dr Gallagher may be an ethical black hole, but she isn’t making those scars worse than they need to be.

Can someone with superior tech skills archive this video? It's really long but very worth preserving and there's a few... curious points. She says there were no fellowships in SRS so she 'travelled' to 'see' some done. What exactly she did to become qualified in SRS is anyone's guess (mine is, she self-funded a holiday and blagged her way into seeing some surgeries done). This is around the 3 min mark. Afterwards the host asks how she got to Miami and she says basically she wasn't a good employee and wanted to do things her own way. Again, suspicious and weird.

Also, her eyes are really far apart and her mouth is definitely fucked up.

The site lists:

Home Address:
1504 Bay Rd, Unit 2612
Miami Beach FL 33139

Phone numbers:
(215) 206-6550
(215) 498-2351

email:
sidhbh@yahoo.com

Someone call the numbers and see if they're still active (lol). They're cellular numbers from 2010 and 2008 with a philly area code.
Number ending 6550 was answered by a very American sounding person, definitely not Irish.
Number ending 2351 went straight to generic voicemail.

@twattycake Dr Sneed love it!!

@Treasure Champs heres the archive

I'm just guessing here, but maybe she moved because Florida has no state income tax.

It's also practically impossible to extract money from a lawsuit defendant in Florida. You can win the suit, but the repo men and sheriffs will not be able to take much. And the proximity to the Caribbean puts you in contact with people who can get your money to tax havens like The Bahamas and Aruba.

Florida also has plaintiff friendlier defamation laws: In Indiana there is an anti-SLAPP law which allows defendants in a variety of civil suits including libel/slander to move to dismiss and receive attorney's fees without going to trial if they can prove the plaintiff is pursuing a lolsuit. Florida has no such law unless the suit was filed by a government agency, so Dr. Sneed could sue a disgruntled patient or critical media outlet for libel without giving the defendants an "easy out" to dismiss the suit early let alone recover attorney's fees. Even if her suit were frivolous the sheer cost of hiring an attorney and going to trial could be enough to make the defendant(s) issue a retraction or reach a settlement.

Before anyone says this is too contrived or unrealistic let me remind you that the first SRS doctor to get her own thread, Kathy Rumer, is doing this exact thing in Pennsylvania right now and it looks like she will win.

We should honestly apply a category for people like Sidhbh, since so many of them are popping up and will probably continue to along the lines of the celebrity plastic surgeons of the last 30 or so years.

Call them "Butchers" or "Mutilation Enablers" or something lmao
Medicows?
