His parents would have to formally evict him. That is a time intensive and potentially expensive process. Keep in mind, as soon as you serve someone like Earl, his behavior is going to get even more extreme.

It's not just as simple as telling him to get out and then changing the locks.

I assumed after everything he's done they wouldn't have to go through all of that. Especially considering how violent and mentally Disturbed he is

Happy new year's everyone, except for Cade who got his hair pulled by his elderly mum

I'm hoping to get November and December posts up here before too long. You can trust things have largely stayed the same for Earl since Halloween, except he's making more noises about going to live in LA, living off busking, and to see his "Andy Warhol mom." And also worrying that he's scared off said mom.
