Without getting into a long winded Aydin Paladin tier reply and going too offtopic, there isn't really a universal consensus on psychopathy.
One camp argues that it doesn't really exist and instead is a collection of several disorders like ASPD manifesting into the behavior, the other argues that psychopath is a unique disorder with two tiers, high and low functioning.

As entertaining as watching Jim tear Ralph apart was, it was also pretty sobering: Ralph is a man who is clearly on a destructive downward spiral, and his behavior is ultimately going to send him either to jail, the streets, or an early grave. The substance abuse plus his own stubbornness is destroying every human connection he has, and he will end up penniless and friendless if a serious course correction is not made immediately. The worst part is that it appears that at least on some level, he understands that - but again, that same stubbornness combined with the substance abuse is getting in the way of making the changes and seeking the help he obviously needs.

To add to his list of woes, here's one response to Jim's stream announcement tweet that hasn't gotten much reaction, but which I think brings up a very important point:

Even if Ralph genuinely wants to be a father to both his son and to his other child on the way, the behavior he displayed on this stream will be hard evidence for the state to use CPS to keep him away from them.

Will he try to right the path he's on? Well, one of the things that makes cows cows is their refusal to course correct and change the things that are fucking up their life, so I'm not optimistic, and seeing where this ends won't be pretty. While it can be entertaining, it is still horrifying to watch someone destroy themselves in real time.

Yeah, I'm all for grown adult retards being retards and ruining their lives for our collective enjoyment, but assuming she really is pregnant, and I'm really hoping all the conspiracy theorists here are right, that kid is in for it. Absolute best case scenario, Ralph and Pantsu get it together and provide a reasonably safe stable family home, but are doomed to a meager living barely making ends meet and will be unable to provide her with any meaningful opportunity in life. Worst case is almost too bad to think about, but considering how unhinged Ralph is now, when he can sleep all he wants to and can go and do almost whatever he wants, and factoring in Pantsu's history of sexual degeneracy, it really casts a dark shadow over the whole situation.

We're truly in strange times where I actually feel really bad for Pantsu. This will only turn out one of two ways. She will either try and continue her existence with Ralph after the kid is born and have to deal with him going into possibly (probably) abusive rages fueled not only by drugs and alcohol but also by the irritation cause by his severe lack of patience to do anything as difficult as raise a newborn baby, something he's horribly unprepared for. I'd be surprised if that man so much as changes a single diaper. The second option is to get the fuck out and have to raise this bastard child on her own with nowhere to go and no decent source of income.

It's actually pretty sad.
