Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

"Listen to Master Yoda??" The fuck?...

This is what I mean by so many adults fundamentally lacking the ability to read at their appropriate age level. EVERYTHING is framed against Star Wars and Harry Potter. They outright REFUSE to consider reading a non-YA book--particularly a non-YA Dystopian book. These limp wristed faggots WANT and PRAY for their YA dystopia to become real. IDK why... they...WANT to be oppressed? I'm confused. Either way, this is just another reason why public schools have failed kids.
But I like referencing LOTR!
What happens next? The light rails will find a defender. Like what happened in the south. View attachment 2963283
This really helps me feel better sometimes.

You underestimate true believers.

You know, the last few hours have made me feel better. Stepping away from the thread certainly helped. At the very least, this is what 1/6 dreams they could be, even if the feds didn't get involved. Also, the guy with the Keemstar beard is giving a pretty damn good speech.
Is that a real story? I suppose if an absolute madman charged you with a Katana you wouldn't stick around to find out if his blade came from some shitty mall or not, especially if you were in the middle of doing something blatantly illegal.

Only use this information to open a gate/fence/locked door that you have legal permission to open. This likely constitutes breaking and entering and it would suck to get caught for that. In addition to the things I mentioned in this post, anyone who spends any amount of time in a city needs to keep one of these keys on them:

It is not illegal to own these keys, they are not a controlled item and possession of one is not a crime (although you should always consult a lawyer in your local jurisdiction to make sure that applies to you). I highly recommend buying only the OEM keys that have DKS stamped on them. With this key, you will be able to open up the DoorKing panels that are widespread on apartment complexes, highrises, and gated subdivisions, and other controlled access areas:

The default lock has only been replaced twice out of the hundreds that I've encountered. Most of these locks don't get opened often, so be a bit forceful when inserting the key. When you get the panel open, you want to use a paperclip (or other short jumper) to bridge the terminals 1C and 1NO (unless dealing with a magnetic door lock, then it's 1C and 1NC):

I would never suggest using this information for any untoward purposes, but imagine how someone caught up in a "kettle" during a police operation could theoretically escape off of the street level and put a locked door between them and the people who are trying to curtail their freedom.
So our economy is so centralised now that every apartment building uses the same keys?

Did anyone see that the entirety of CCTV systems in Ottawa has been mysteriously broken, or is this late?
Found this article talking about it
https://www.globalresearch.ca/turn-on-closed-circuit-cameras-ottawa-says-justice-centre/5769574
The Justice Centre today sent a letter to the City of Ottawa, advising that Justice Centre lawyers are in Ottawa representing the Freedom Convoy 2022, and outlining the efforts being made by the Freedom Convoy to maintain safety and security during the peaceful protest. The Chief of Ottawa Police, the Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner, and the Parliamentary Police Service Superintendent are copied on the letter.

The Justice Centre was recently advised that during the first few days of the truckers’ peaceful protest in Ottawa, closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras were offline entirely, and remain off.

“These cameras do not actually show what is happening on the ground in downtown Ottawa. For safety reasons we strongly urge you to remedy this situation and restore live feed from those CCTV cameras. It is imperative that law enforcement and the public have access to video footage, in order to know what is actually occurring in and around the protest,” states Eva Chipiuk, Staff Lawyer at the Justice Centre.

“Canadians have the legal right to protest peacefully in their capital city. The freedom of peaceful assembly is expressly protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The Freedom Convoy has always been clear that it supports only peaceful assembly,” states Ms. Chipiuk.

The Freedom Convoy has stated consistently, repeatedly, and publicly that unlawful activity will not be condoned, and that unlawful conduct will undermine the goals of this peaceful protest. The Freedom Convoy has expressed concerns that there may be individuals or groups who may instigate conflict or engage in illegal behaviour in order to undermine this peaceful citizens’ protest. The Freedom Convoy has maintained a relationship and a direct line of communications with the Ottawa Police Services (“OPS”), Ontario Provincial Police (“OPP”), Royal Canadian Mounted Police (“RCMP”), and the Parliamentary Protective Services (“PPS”).

The Freedom Convoy benefits from the expertise of Danny Bulford, a recently resigned member of the RCMP with 15 years of service. Mr. Bulford has extensive experience in large scale events and protective operations, stating:

“I would like to just put people’s minds at ease. The …heavy police presence…the barricades, and some of the equipment that people have seen …[are] all standard practice, and it’s no reason for panic. Anytime we have a massive event such as this, such as Canada Day in downtown Ottawa, that’s the norm, so it’s no reason for alarm, I assure you. We have been working closely with the Ottawa Police Service, the OPP, the RCMP, and the Parliamentary Protective Service.”

When receiving information that relates to public safety concerns, the Freedom Convoy immediately informs the respective police services, to guarantee the safety of the truckers, public and first responders.

“We are aware of media reports about people associated with the Freedom Convoy being arrested and charged. These were agitators not affiliated with us. Offences related to property damage and an alleged assault were witnessed by a trucker and one of our volunteer security personnel, who reported this to the Ottawa Police Service,” states Mr. Bulford.

“What I have seen with my own eyes [is] … truckers and supporters of the movement feeding the homeless for free, right on Wellington Street and filling their backpacks. Truckers taking a whole trailer full of food down to the homeless shelter. Maintaining cleanliness of city streets, including picking up discarded masks all over the ground that we’ve come to see. Centralized garbage collection, shoveling snow at the War Memorial and the Terry Fox statue, decorating those two locations, and providing security for those two locations.”

“I’ve even seen people have tents set up right by Terry Fox in order to protect that statue and I expect that that level of commitment to the City of Ottawa and respecting our traditions in this country is just getting started,” adds Mr. Bulford.

“It is disturbing to see this peaceful protest being mischaracterized,” states Ms. Chipiuk.

“The truckers in the Freedom Convoy are feeding the homeless, shovelling snow downtown and cleaning up garbage. They want their voices heard for themselves and behalf of all Canadians and are conveying their message peacefully and lawfully,” concludes Ms. Chipiuk.

I think the most important thing that hasn't been covered is a Government watchdog org pointing out that no, the Canadian cops can't steal gas from the convoy's supporters, nor is giving the convoy gas illegal.

I know the rule is "you're pissing off the elites, that's illegal" but at least in this instance, the trick the cops are trying to use is blatantly illegal.

Of course, it doesn't matter since the more the authoritarians in Canada shore up their position with blatant lies in the media the easier it will be to use force against the convoy.
It does matter for bolstering the resolve of the protesters though, because if what the cops are doing is illegal than they can at least hope to fight it in court if they're detained. Probably a little more intimidating to the cops than just shouting "Shame, shame, shame!" or trying to convince them to defect to the right side of history for the hundredth time. Even the utterly batshit arguments of sovcits give cops pause sometimes because few people want to mess with someone who is unflinchingly sure that he's in the right.

You might be surprised to find out how ineffectual almost every physical lock is, even ones billing themselves as "high security". Even when there is no mechanical flaw there is often an angle of attack opened by poor/incorrect installation or even simple laziness on the part of the installer.
Deviant Ollam has a number of talks on Youtube from various security cons where he talks about gaining access as a physical pen tester, many of which are quite amusing. He actually talks about the DoorKing in at least one of them. LockPickingLawyer and BosnianBill (now retired) also have channels that go in depth on accessing locks. They all inspired me to try my own hand at lock picking and it is shockingly easy to get into most ordinary locks with nothing more than a rake and something to tension with. Or how Masterlocks became a meme because you can open them with a shim cut out of a fucking pop can.

I'm guessing the rumor from last night that the police would start moving in to clear everybody out by 10:00 AM was fake news too. Things are still going soundly today?
Just now checking in, an hour has passed since the 10AM deadline and I don’t see anything here about mass arrests. So was that bullshit?
I think they repeatedly keep employing bluffs, in the hopes that it's the final nudge needed for people who might have been on the brink of voluntarily leaving anyway. However, anyone who has ever played poker will tell you: if you bluff too often, you start losing because you are too predictable.

Yea if you live in an apartment it's almost guaranteed to have the cheapest locks. Just get a rake and screwdriver. Violently rake the pins with 0 precision or control and most will come right open in less than a minute.

Yes, straight out of a light novel or other late century media. Things aren't that simple unfortunately. Making them that simple, or at least simpler, by removing and preventing subversive elements which make things needlessly complicated is the idea, though. Consider what controls the hearts and minds of the people in this increasingly godless age. Understand the legacy of Bernays and even before him how fickle the hearts and minds of people prove to be. That isn't to say there aren't consistent truths, but convincing the public to be on your side is more often than not something a regime does after it gains power.

Opposing a policy of theirs is a small game compared to removing the people who keep passing this sort of policy from power. I'm trying to maintain a broader perspective, because they certainly are too. Maybe it isn't good to let the streams cross though.
You talk as if there's some central control room somewhere that a small group could just Minecraft and usurp the entire world system. But the nodes thereof are so widely distributed that to take it on in that fashion you'd need a group so large that it might as well be "the hearts and minds of the people", even if that in fact means, as it usually does, the 1-3% with the means and will to risk all. To get well-adjusted people into that 1-3% you'd need a broader support base to draw them from.

Really, locks are more for deterring opportunistic criminals. Like, if someone REALLY wanted to get something from inside your house, there's an easy bypass called "smashing your window".
