she looks exactly like my cancer-stricken great grandmother did on her deathbed, jesus christ. i cried and had a damn near panic attack seeing great grandma meowzers looking like this because up until that point i had never dealt with death and i didn't think it was possible for someone to look so sick. this is just what ashley lives with every day?

It's amazing how "masculine" the human skull looks. It's not something I thought of before, but when you suck all of the fat and health from a woman's face her feminimity is gone, at least face-wise.

Looking at her makes me incredibly sad, but I don't consider her any less pathetic than the majorly-obese people on this board. Either way, it's such a stupid waste of life given that it's self-inflicted.

I’m sorry your grandma died in such a horrific and brutal way.

There is a big difference between suffering because of a disease you’d do anything to stop, and choosing to not get help when it’s readily available. Ashley seems to almost enjoy her state, so no, it’s not the same. As much as her appearance is shocking, she’s getting something out of it, which is why she’s such a cow.

Normally after powerlevelling then flouncing, I’d say don’t let the door hitcha, but end-stage cancer is shocking so in my mind you get a pass. Since I’m nobody, enjoy Antarctica.

Well, some defining features of women are due to fat: hips and breasts. Which are the most predominant features men notice when looking for a sexual partner. Of course, this fat distribution also affects your face.
