Men's hockey teams have - or used to - full contact interaction. Men routinely pick each other up and slam each other to the ice. Body checking was rampant. In fact it's banned in women's sports because of the sheer amount of concussions. Males also skate faster and hit the pucks harder with greater accuracy.

She also said that learning another language at a certain age and speaking it for a few years broke her English grammar, which I suppose sounds made up, except the same thing happened to me.

But yeah like you said, "smart" and "able to process and adjust grammar quickly" are not necessarily on the same axis. You can be a genius with language processing difficulties or a total dumbass who knows how to give a good speech and speak well socially (most politicians, for example).

Her channel wasn't ideal but given that no one else is speaking out about the topics she does I am not going to fault the idiosyncrasies. Ideally there would be hundreds like her speaking out, but there aren't because we live in clown world.
