Cross post from Tranny Sideshow as hadn't realised this bloke now has his own thread.

"OMFG, better than the real thing" screamed the nurse.
Assuming the nurse actually said this, missing the fact that this is a gut punch of an underhanded question is the most non-woman attribute he has.

Well, aside from the fact that he looks like a man.

Validation: better than morphine

He wouldn't be a cow if he said otherwise. Ok, maybe he would be, but validation and attention cause the worst of lolcow behavior and usually leads them to seek asspats in all the wrong places.

Well the good news is if more troons keep butchering themselves they can’t reproduce!
I normally agree but he's already had a son. Press F for the boy. :(

Yaniv's medical docs were released yesterday, the clit didn't fall off, he just can't find it under his massive fupa.
I reckon he didn't know what one looked like...he said someone had to show him where it should have been. At the BCHRT he didn't know what a vulva was despite him suing to have it waxed. This is from a bloke who claims he was "girly" & "trans" since the age of 6. None of them knows anything about the female form.

You couldn't make this up if you tried.

I've heard nothing but bad things about McGinn's results. It's to the point where some people speculate that McGinn's own SRS was botched and he is just trying to inflict the same pain upon his fellow troons.

This is going to be a trainwreck.

When is it not a trainwreck tho. Dick origami has about the same chance of "success" as being lobotomized by a drunken chimpanzee using a dirty chainsaw :story:

He's never going to recover from this.

I remember he made a post earlier about how this surgery marked the end of transition, and the beginning of just "being" a woman.

That struck me as a particularly interesting statement, not only given the complications that often have from the surgery that require more surgery...but the lifelong maintenance (dilation, special cleaning etc.)

It's such a strikingly unrealistic comment that shows such delusion. If I was a surgeon and heard a patient say that, I'd have to be like "whoa they don't know what they're getting into"

I think that statement hints the most towards his inevitable mental breakdown. It shows he doesn't fully comprehend what just happened

Pretty much. everything seems to indicate that Erin (I really can't be bothered to scroll up and find out his real name) thinks this is a straightforward procedure and that's it, dilation is just some minimal thing that doesn't require too much effort and whatnot.

I'm genuinely surprised chop shops don't have fake armhole toys so trannies can learn to dilate for a month or so before the surgery, but maybe it's so they don't pussy out and give money to get surgically castrated. It really is bizarre how there's no way of physically preparing for such an event until it's actually happened and then it's something that will be there for the rest of their lives.

I bet Erin hasn't dilated yet! That's a tweet to look out for.

I've been reading about the dilation requirements that are necessary immediately after the surgery - three sessions of 50 minutes each per DAY for the first two years, after two years the same routine needs to be followed but less frequently, two-three days a week. Do we really expect someone who spends their life on the internet, a D&D dungeon master with a Reddit tattoo, no less, to follow this extremely strict routine?

Holy shit. Think of how disruptive that would be to your life. Work, travelling, doing anything really, your timetable would be dictated by your commitment to sticking glass tubes inside yourself and checking the depth to make sure your hole isn't shrinking or sealing up. When old age starts to set in and you're not as flexible or you develop some other condition that compromises your dilation routine, what then? If your dilation routine isn't strictly followed and your neovag starts to close up and lose depth, bad luck son, that process is irreversible.

Someone upthread compared this procedure to the Human Centipede, but this is more brutal and life fuckingly awful. It's a cross between a lobotomy, the Human Centipede and some of Mengle's shit in how deeply dark and sinister it is. Imagine making that decision to castrate yourself, make yourself infertile, kill your sex drive AND have your dick turned into a medical condition that will take at least nine hours to maintain a week for the rest of your life to maintain. That time could be spent working out, making art, learning a language, learning to cook like a pro, ANYTHING but this. Shit, you could do all of those things instead of lying on your back with a glass tube inside yourself until you die.

The fact that this surgery has such a huge failure rate with some of the grimmest complications imaginable makes it even harder to comprehend.

What an utterly demented life choice and an absolute outrage that clearly mentally ill people are allowed to go through with this. The sheer trauma of the body horror is infinitely worse than any horror movie or recurring nightmare, as well as coping everyday that yep, this decision I made is perfectly okay and definitely the right thing to do.

Fucking grim.
