It's not the issue that it's somehow complicated to dilate to the point where you need to learn it - it's essentially sticking a dildo in there and letting it stay in for 30 minutes or so. The issue is that it's often painful (which they won't find out until they get the amhole), it's tedious and it needs to be done several times per day. That's why troons tend to drop doing it. Not because it's complicated.
Sadly I don't think it'll happen.
