I know I'm late to this, but I found some things odd in May's story. She stated she was in the hospital for several hours and only mentioned them giving her a benadryl. If she has a severe enough allergic reaction that warranted admission to the hospital, they would have immediately given her an IM injection of epinephrine. Benadryl is not enough to relieve airway obstruction as seen in anaphylaxis, but it does make sense for hives. She never mentions anything other than the benadryl though. She also said that staff just left her in a room. Anaphylaxis in pregnancy is very serious and requires monitoring of both the mother and fetus. Even after treatment, she would've been monitored closely, and would have possibly even stayed overnight.

Maybe the rest of ger story is told elsewhere, but based on the killstream clip, shit ain't adding up. Either her allergic reaction wasn't that bad and didn't need ER treatment, or she is lying.

Ralph left her at her mom’s house alone for NYE while he went to Vegas. The “allergic reaction” was a stunt to get Ralph to remember she exists and feel bad he left her all alone. This is the girl who tried to fake a kidnapping to get her last boyfriend’s dander up after all.

Ralph obviously didn’t go flying back to his beloved Pantsu, but it did get her a few minutes of attention on the KS. Unlike Digi, Ralph is happy to use May’s fake attention whore drama stunts to milk a bit of content for his dying, gay stream as long as it doesn’t hurt his ego.

I can understand being sceptical of May but I think a lot of posters are leaping to the least likely scenarios. Most of this can be explained by May being BPD and a first-time mom. Especially with anxious grandparents around, a pregnant woman is going to take potentially dangerous medical conditions seriously, even if a bad outcome is unlikely. Add to that her BPD and we get an exaggerated scenario to gain attention and sympathy. It must be a nightmare for someone with BPD to be with someone who so clearly doesn’t care about her and won’t pander to her needs even when she’s pregnant. I almost feel sorry for her.

Expect more drama the closer we get to the due date; every braxton hicks is going to be premature labour. We see them all the time in the Maternal Assessment Unit, attention seekers who turn up in an ambulance because they’ve had an argument with their boyfriend, piss their pants and claim their water’s broken. Borderline is the worse of the two. Prognosis is always grim. It’s not very responsive to therapy/medication, etc.

Borderline has a quirk to it called “splitting.” As someone who dated a BPD girl before, it is extremely disconcerting when someone who treats you like you’re the best thing that ever happened to them suddenly looks at you like you’re an unwelcome stranger, and there literally wasn’t anything you did to cause it. They’re also the type to burn bridges impulsively and in grand fashion.
