My biggest concern regarding Shit-Lips is this: it's obvious that his days of trying to use the court as a bludgeon to get people to do what he wants are drawing short. AGT's Hollywood Jew lawyers are going to win, and will likely beat him like a rented mule in the process. They may even press to have the courts mark him as a vexatious litigant. Null and Skordas will more than likely win that suit. He's lost every lawsuit he's filed or has been filed against him. Eventually he will no longer be able to waste the court's time so he can play into his "super lawyer" delusions and to bully people like he has been, at least not as easily. When he's lost his main outlet for his impotent rage and his "super law stud" delusions have been shattered, what's that going to do to Shit-Lips' already unstable mind? How is he going to handle his rage and "punish" those he feels wronged him?
Leaving aside the latest round of speculation regarding whether Russhole will eventually become violent
(for the record, I believe the answer is yes), I'd like to point out that even if Russhole is declared a vexatious litigant, that absolutely will not stop Russhole from continuing to attempt to crybully people (especially women) via the legal system. Remember, Russhole thinks rules and laws apply to other people, not him. He thinks he should be an exception to all unsolicited works policies, because MUH PLIGHTS. He filed a second and a third lawsuit against Taylor Swift despite all his claims being dismissed with prejudice in his first lawsuit, because he decided the legal concepts of
res judicata and collateral estoppel didn't apply to him basically because
he didn't want them to. He was told he served the wrong law firm in his second Taylor Swift lawsuit, yet he went ahead and served the same law firm again in his third lawsuit because
he thought it was the right one so it
had to be the right one no matter what the last judge said! He admitted his actions met the legal definition of electronic communications harassment and pled guilty to the charge, but continues to insist he did nothing wrong because Erika was mean by refusing to date him and wouldn't
just let him explain!
The same behavior will continue if he's declared a vexatious litigant. If the declaration is limited to a specific state or circuit, Russhole will produced some tortured logic that allows him to justify (to himself, no one else) why he should be able to file in other jurisdictions (even when they're 100% not appropriate venues for his lawsuits). If he's locked out of federal courts, he'll go back to small claims courts. If he's supposed to attach a pre-filing injunction along with any submitted lawsuits to notify the judge of his vexatious litigant status, he will refuse to do so because he's decided it shouldn't count (like his first Tay-Tay lawsuit being dismissed with prejudice), this case is totally different than the one he got smacked down for and the bias judge hated the disabled anyways! I could even see him setting up an LLC on the cheap and then try to use the LLC to sue people instead because it's not
him, it's
a company this time, totally different! (Yes I know this won't work because corporate entities can't be represented by a non-attorney, but he probably doesn't, and even if he does he'll again insist rules should only apply to other people, not him.)
So don't worry, the pseudolegal antics of my favorite lolcow are far from over, even if he finally gets properly slapped down by the courts this time out. My only regret about this part of his lolcow saga is that arbitration proceedings are not generally available to the public, so we won't get to see all his hilarious rantings and ravings in that venue (assuming Russhole doesn't do what I expect and immediately drops the matter when he's faced with the prospect of actually having to put his money where his mouth is and pay arbitration fees) or see the smackdown the arbitrator gives him next.
