(1) Nick's show is actually informative and Rackets is a subject matter expert on what he discusses. I don't see what those two zoomers bring to the table. Also Nick does his show in his basement and doesn't blow money on unneeded bullshit like a set and TV crew. Money from the show goes right to Nick and not some bloated production. I tried to watch their show when they responded to the Jack Murphy situation. The two female hosts have about as much personality and charisma as Pim Tool; none. I'm not sure why anyone watches them.

I assume most of that wall of text is a pasta (and a quick scroll before posting confirms that I guess), but in regards to your actual point I'm not calling into question the quality of content on either side, the authenticity they bring, or the production values. By common parlance, both Nick and Schafer Elijoo Whatshisname have talk shows.

It's not some elevated, vaunted title, just a loose descriptor that just about every live stream that doesn't revolve around video games will fall into.

I beg to differ. Back in the day talk shows were more of an event because you didn't have the internet and all the ways to interact that allowed. It used to be you could only see your favorite cheese ball celebrity if they went on Carson, Letterman or Leno. Thanks to the internet and things like Twitter, Facebook and the 1,000 other social media platforms you are inundated with the garbage these cheeseball celebrities vomit up.

Any asshole with an internet and a computer can have a "talk show" these days. The format ain't what it used to be. In some ways its better because there's audience interaction now and you have more specialized shows than you would get back in the day. I would much rather listen to Rackets or Louis Rossman than some generic host going through some celebrity interview with prescreened questions or however the fuck they used to do it.

Nick seems like one of the few people that can do solo shows with any sort of success. Joe and Kurt are pretty good as they learned to play with chat but Branca is still a bit stiff.

If we don't get a balls question i will be slightly disappointed.

The first part of the stream was alright, but as Nick drank more whisky it got funnier and funnier. The best part were the superchats being hijacked by Nick's audience. UNBREADED and Cuck jokes galore.

Edit: Reading through the comments. A ton are saying this was the funniest show to date. Nick smashed it out of the park.
