Jesus Christ, that reply literally screams 'Karen'.Do the truckers have legitimate grievances? Honestly, who cares.
Tesla's are almost as common as Civics where I live and let me tell you firsthand that they are hands-down the worst cars ever made. Tesla's marketing is incredible but their cars are not. They have single-pedal driving which means the tesla is constantly braking when acceleration isn't applied. Teslas can go from 110kmh to 60kmh as if they were applying the brakes at a medium level without there ever being any indication that the car is slowing down. The paint comes right off, the whole car looks like an amalgamation of children's drawings and I have never seen a less thought-out and cheap interior.also Tesla would look a lot worse if way more people had the cars. people talk about them glitching out all the time like aiming at civilians or rear ending cars. imagine if there were 100x as many teslas, it'd quickly look like a shit product.
who would've thought the workers rising up would be the truckers.Speaking of helicopter rides, look who joined the game:

(Pardon my rapid-fire posting, we're in a major Habbening).
If chalk or spray paint is enough to take these things off-road how the hell do they drive in a light amount of snow or on old shitty roads?I can't wait until Tesla self-driving trucks are a reality. Spray paint some road markings in front of it to trick it to drive into a ditch, then loot it. Black-box adversarial attacks are a fun way to pass the time.
In my experience this generally isn't true, at least in the US. It is for google and faceberg and apple, but the vast majority of development jobs are with small/medium companies. 95% of those won't even consider an H1B applicant because of the paperwork and infrastructure required. Even more, remote work is allowing companies to find talent in the flyover states, where they can pay a junior dev $50k, a senior dev $100k and replace a single California dev, all while never having to leave the US.And because most of the corporate programming jobs are shifting to pajeets and mentally-ill trannies, don't expect this any time soon. This takes good old fashioned high-IQ healthy straight white male brains to resolve, and there are ever fewer of these in Sally Valley. Maybe the Chinese will think of something, but considering their general lag WRT innovation, I consider it unlikely.
This is inaccurate. Teslas illuminate the brake light automatically when you let off the accelerator.Teslas can go from 110kmh to 60kmh as if they were applying the brakes at a medium level without there ever being any indication that the car is slowing down.
Alternatively: Now the left hates road blocking protestors?
The problem is the systemic/cultural dysgenia. Tech runs leftist, and leftists hate the very idea of meritocracy, which is what is required for good software development. You don't come to market with computer vision / driver automation unless you are a very large firm, and these large firms are the ones most afflicted by what Vox Day terms "corporate cancer". I don't see reversal of this trend any time soon. Maybe this trucker protest is the beginning of a groundswell, but I've been waiting for just about anything since #GamerGate.the vast majority of development jobs are with small/medium companies
It's not even about the driving. That's the easy part. @Titos has been inspired by this to study up for a CDL. Care to break down what all has to happen on pre-trip inspections at the beginning of every shift before you roll? AI can't do most of that. They aren't cars.Getting a vehicle's AI to be technically on par with your average drunk driver is going to be an ordeal.
Dark Social Media
Mentions of the Freedom Convoy have spiked by more than 8,600% in the past 30 days across a range of far-right digital conclaves catering to fringe and extremist beliefs, according to Pyrra, a threat detection company that uses natural language processing trained on hate speech and disinformation.
“These mentions were primarily on 8kun, but also appeared frequently on KiwiFarms, Minds, Gab, and GreatAwakening,” says a report shared with Gizmodo on Friday.

He's taking the same approach China took with the Hong Kong protests
