Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

As much as Cities: Skyline is an inferior clone of Simcity, it does a better job at simulating the traffic needs of a modern city than SimCity does. (Yes, trucks carry most of the last mile traffic there too.)
"I BUILT A HIGHWAY RIGHT FUCKING THERE! WHY WOULD YOU RATHER SIT IN TRAFFIC ON A SURFACE ROAD FOR SIX HOURS THAN GO ONE BLOCK OUT OF YOUR WAY?!"

You know what I just remembered? Back at the beginning of lockdowns Doug Ford tried to go full totalitarian after fumbling for weeks and said they were going to start pulling people over and checking if their destination was essential a la Australia. That got kicked the fuck down by each division f local police, so maybe, just maybe these guys are playing 4D chess with that breakfast sandwich huffing ditch pig.

Big ass stage like that? Ottawa Super Bowl party. Wait until Fox News....or even worse, whoever the fuck is showing the Super Bowl live, shows a 5 second clip of Ottawa with thousands outside, in the goddamn cold, watching the Super Bowl.
illegally refeeding the Superb Owl in public without the express written consent of the NFL will just add to their war crimes!

I've played enough SimCity in my lifetime to tell you that even I could probably run a metropolis better than most of these city elite bugmen hacks.
And you would genuinely care about the wellbeing of citizens more than any of them.

Those who blather the most about "empathy" and "compassion" and "justice" practice it the least. There are two types of people in this world: those who Walk the Walk, and those who Talk and Talk.

In case this hasn't been posted, a Canadian army major committed career suicide and is being granted a two minute hate by all regime media outlets.

And yes, he knew what he was getting himself into. CAF members are legally barred from participating in or publically commenting upon political protests (fag parades don't count, of course). He knew he'd be raked over the coals and given the "hatless dance", and did it anyway. A tiny little bird tells me the CAF is dealing with a lot of, ahem, problematic individuals on social media. Good thing I'm not a current CAF member, or I'd be concerned. Yep.

Someone in the comments said this:

I served with this man in Gagetown NB and like him served in Afghanistan. He fully understands the weight of his video and outcome. He has the fortitude to speak his mind and more courage then all the key board warriors put together. Salute Major Ubique! BTW read between the lines, obviously the Government behind the scenes have asked the military now to prepare and support the police.

And you would more than likely care about the wellbeing of citizens more than any of them.
SimCity 2000 taught me that one very well

Elementary school-aged me learned the benefits of fair tax rates and 100% funding on city services.

Up until the mid 20th century most cites did exactly that, a lot of those tracks are still there. They aren't the first to bring it up. But what do locomotives run on? DIESEL ENGINES. So there would be more bugs whining about fossil fuels. Can't win.
That is true, and a lot of cities still have cargo trains run right through them, it's just with how big most cities are nowadays you wouldn't be able to get goods to the suburbs without vehicles. Though I guess in their bugmen utopia they want everyone to live in apartment blocks, so it might work in a kind of Kowloon hellscape lol

They would be frantically searching for the bulldozer tool when riots erupt or a fire breaks out. Come to think of it that's what Diane, Carol, and Catherine are trying to do right now. "I dispatched the police, why isn't the riot ending! The game is bugged." Now they are leaving bad steam reviews to the mayor.

Well the amount of goods, variety of goods, starting location of goods has drastically changed. And population. You'd need multiple rail lines coming in and leaving the city in every single direction. It's not like a truck on a 12 lane highway, every single track is a single lane. The logistics alone are staggering

Don't know about you, but I'm feeling kind of aerial...

Here's some footage of the French Freedom Convoy (from Beauvais and Nantes) and of an unexpectedly gigantic anti-mandate protest in Canberra, Australia (credit to @risemelbourne for both vids)

And of course, how could we forget those at Coutts? (from @SydFizzard, today)

And no historical city moved cargo within the city on trains. They used carts, which are the direct precursor of trucks.
