The threats are empty. Of course they're empty. Trudeau and Dougie do not have the manpower or the political will to enforce them, and they physically cannot move the trucks. Even if the government arrested literally everyone, threw them in jail for the rest of their lives and fined them billions of dollars they don't have, the trucks still would not be moved. Hundreds of thousands of tons of steel have to be moved to dislodge these protests, all across Canada, and that isn't happening unless the truckers do it themselves.

There's always a chance that some of the money made it to Justice Center for Constitutional Freedom lawyers and they are enforcing some sort of push back. I honestly cannot see how corporate interests would be legally allowed to crush a protest, but you know, I have a soul and conscience.

but isnt the canadian school system more liberal and about protesting injustice.
workers uprising is bound to happen over there, heck all of Europe essentially.
not to say that i dont want that to happen here, i wished blue collar workers protested more.
but being different than the U.S. is pretty inconvenient right about now.

BLM goes through cycles of making a splash, getting purged and coming back later. After Ferguson some of the organizers were assassinated and Sean King got investigated by Child Protective Services. Felt like BLM was getting buried before the 2016 elections. We'll see if anyone finds it politically expedient to revive them again down the road.

To desecrate our Country's Capital, showing zero respect for the majority of the people of this country who are working together to get through these tough times, I feel as if this is a violent act against me and my beliefs. I fully support standing up for your thoughts and desires in Canada, but this must be done following the rules laid out in our civil society's laws, acts and regulations.

Our love and support go out to the people of the City of Ottawa as well as all other Canadian villages, towns and cities that were affected by this disruptive group.

Let us come together, Canada; there are more productive ways to express our thoughts and wants in this beautiful country.

So I'm two seconds away from drunkly passing out but I wanted to say something tonight before that happens.

Almost every single live stream, particularly toward the end of the night, irregardless of copyrighted music or content (towards the end of the night no live streams had any music at all), were all getting pulled from YouTube, without fail.

Like I said not a single one in the Windsor district at the end of the night would have anything offending copyright or content wise, some of them were only up for about an hour at most, and regardless, just for the simple fact that they had the word "Windsor" in them, I saw 2-6 streams with over 1000 subs get pulled over and over again in a matter of minutes.

The simple fact is: even live streams on YouTube are finished.

When something major like this happens YouTube has the capacity to pull the plug on every single live stream, likely fueled entirely by AI.

There needs to be a quick app a normy can download that can get this shit to people like us without the risk of it being pulled immediately like it was tonight.

I really feel like we are right on the limit of what we can get out from traditional media tonight.

I suspect we'll never get a night like this again, as already handicapped as it was tonight.

If we don't have some suitable and easy alternative app for the normies to stream with after tonight we are fucked moving forward imo

To answer @Dogfacefuke 's question about potential normie streaming alternatives to youtube - There's odysee and dlive... There's a couple others I've found looking. Vimeo has streaming but it looks like you have to pay a small yearly fee. Maybe someone will bite the bullet. Odysee might run like hot garbage but I don't think they'd ban protest shit. Might actually get some traction on their platform.

The "muh kids at the protest" thing could be dangerous. I could imagine the government finding a way to use that as an angle of attack, maybe by planting a kid and an undercover "family" at the protest or even using an actual incidence of child abuse (anything from an actual pedo trucker to a parent spanking their kids). "Truckers defending pedophiles and child abusers" would be a very useful headline (hypocritical as it may be for the media, but hypocrisy is their game) and it could give the police the moral ground to start taking kids away and defeat the convoy.

Pedo truckers or not, taking kids away is probably what will turn this into an actual riot/Tiananmen Square incident because none of these guys will respond well to CPS bullshit. Many of them probably will deal with that once this is over given they'll be facing Capitol Protestor treatment.
