I think the biggest issue is the inconsistency. There's the christmas pic where she looks noticeably pregnant, the screenshot from the killstream where she looks hugely pregnant, and then this picture where she looks maybe a little bloated at most.
She's somewhere between 28-30 weeks now. To give a more conservative example, the pic below is from google. A slim looking woman over time who is very noticeably pregnant at 27 weeks. Google 28 week bump ftm (first time mom, not trannies btw) there are tons of examples. She should have some kind of bump.
