MG as registered agent

i wonder if Russell hired MG to be the pac’s registered agent to keep his own name off the pac? Could it be that Russell no longer wants to be prostitutio’s greatest advocate?

ETA Connecting Nevada and the new pac both have PO Box 46602 in zip 89114. Sharing resources between pacs (I would think) wouldn’t be very wise for PacMan. I wonder if he is going to try to run a college intern scam on these other two pacs too?

Now that you mention it, didn't someone mention Russhole using an agent to register one of his earlier PACs?

Marc seems like an entrepreneurial kinda guy, so it wouldn't surprise me if he was a registered PAC agent for hire as a side hustle. Given the lack of other connections i.e. Marc not being a FB friend of Russhole, I'm inclined to believe that this guy has just done some work for Russhole and has no idea of Russ's background.

Things must not be going well with his appeal against Jersh.
There hasn't been anything new on that front, though.

Re: Russ' proposed law, it seems unconstitutional to me. Removing ways to find speech essentially removes that speech. His law would strike at the heart and spirit of the first amendment. This would literally be government censoring speech by making sure it isn't found.

I'm not 100% convinced that PACs #2 and #3 are registered correctly. On the form in the registered agent section it mentions the RA should be a natural person who resides in NV. Also when Russ registered the first PAC our group autism figured out a RA must have a physical address that is not an apartment or PO Box.

Marc G was the RA for #1 from the beginning. It seems he has quiet a few PACs that use his business address for RA purposes. Being able to put his name/address on the form is fairly cheap (~$40/yr) if your PAC receives mail or packages he charges a slew of processing/storage/delivery/forwarding fees and charges. I have a feeling Russ might have felt the sting of that because he attracts weens.

The 801# is one of the #s Russ uses same with the PO Box. Could/should the state invalidate PACs 2' and 3 for not having RA with physical address? Has this requirement changed?

That's what makes him shines the most out of all lolsuit-spamming lolcows! As always, keep milking for the pettiest out of the pettiest lolsuits for people to laugh at, Russhole.

This new PAC arc is funny because in a hypothetical world where Russ somehow changes the law so that citizens can demand the government delete inconvenient things posted about them on the internet (which he wont) - then he would have just destroyed his ability to use online review sites to write nasty reviews about businesses that don't bend over backwards to accommodate him.

Here we go again...

Holy fuck. I've never had indigestion from consuming so much word salad in one sitting, but there's a first time for everything. [archive]

Now that said word salad has stopped repeating on me, would the existence of one or more restraining order(s) count as a "legal matter relating to violence" as per (6)?

What's Russhole comparing to a DUI? His high school kill list conviction? His stalking conviction? His three Taylor Swift lolsuits? [archive]

This is the latest manifestation of Russhole's current meltdown over Fremantle/Marathon's lawyers using facts and evidence against him. As expected, he's taking it out on the dang dirty Orchards. Although I will admit that I'm suprised he decided to go down the path of creating another cockamamie PAC instead of prior to filing another lolsuit against Null.

At this rate, I expect Russhole to start yet another PAC in the next few weeks, lobbying for a law to make it mandatory for the producers of TV talent shows to put disabled contestants on their show without needing to go through the usual audition process.

TIL America is "too Gung-Ho" about the 1st Amendment because women and future employers shouldn't be able to look up background information about a man with multiple restraining orders and a stalking conviction.

Isn't Russ on probation for arguably bullying someone on via the internet?
If you would just let him explain, you would see how that's not actually what happened and it was all a big misunderstanding!

A lot of cows who morally grandstand are total hypocrites, but Russ definitely falls into the category of "its different when I do it!" The Erica conviction wasn't stalking, it was a misunderstanding! What he said about T-Swift's family wasn't libel or slander, it was just a hyperbolic version of the truth!

I guess he's running out of money for Fiverr designers and is making his own logos now.

At first glance, it looked like the flag of some former Soviet Bloc country.

This definitely contributed to the effect:

I remember the Wild West. This ain't the Wild West. I do like the implication that both tabloids and libel were unknown to US legislators prior to 2000, though.

From looking at the exhibits in his filings, we know Russ's grasp of the alphabet is shaky. Judging by his ballot text, he's not so good with numbers either, only making it to 2 before fucking up:

Literally none of this applies to you, Russ. You haven't remained a law-abiding citizen since your first arrest, you haven't expunged your record, and your livelihood and reputation were destroyed by your own actions.

Would a resident legal scholar care to weigh in on the Gung-Ho nature of upholding constitutional amendments?
View attachment 2983787

He's real mad about his Google results. Wonder why. But deindexing sites or repressing results wouldn't be necessary if you killed Section 230. Then people could just sue. So you're saying they can still sue even if the "unkind" results never show up? Also, the way this is written -- "...link to verifiable court documents or news articles about violent convictions or crimes against children" means that Bernie Madoff has the right to be forgotten. In fact, the vast majority of crimes being neither violent nor against children, virtually any criminal could claim this. I guess you have to be vague when you're trying to cover stalking, uttering threats, electronic communications harassment, and various restraining orders under one heading.
View attachment 2983793

Because of course, he's targeting Section 230.

I'm torn between wanting to watch Russ's inevitable failure and wanting to see the videos he'd produce.

Edit: Ninja'd on the snark AND the archiving. Oh well. I command y'all to forget this embarrassing and hurtful fact.
hold up. aren't his ambulance-chasers ALL ABOUT the first amendment or something? am I remembering this incorrectly and they are anti-constitutional lawyers?

You may be mistaken. His lawyers are anti-fair use corporate bootlickers. I don't know that we know how they feel about Section 230 or the First Amendment in general (well, outside of its application to copyright and fair use at least).

Thanks.

Reading the comments on that Instagram post- he's got to be seething. They keep saying "he's on google", "google him" and I suspect that's why he talks about forcing google to remove results in his new "PAC"

I wonder how long it'll be until some of the commenters on Instagram discover his new PAC?

Shitting on the first amendment is an interesting play Cotton-mouth, let's see how it plays out. Funny how he'd be in favor of it when he called Taylor's mother a fat pig or when he accused a sex worker of having AIDs, or calling people fat and mentally ill on a daily basis.

Things must not be going well with his appeal against Jersh.
(Text wall incoming)

It doesn't have anything to do with Jersh. It has everything to do with us archiving every little thing he says. Whenever he starts a PAC to get him his penis sucked help the working women of the world, people look him up and inevitably discover this thread. When he woos Instathots, this thread will be found, and all his misbegotten deeds are brought to light. It's almost a sure thing that Freemantle's lawyers found this thread and used it as a jumping point to dig deeper into Russ's past- or at the least mined it for proof that Russ is a has a pattern of behavior they cannot ignore. He thinks that, if people can't find this thread, he'll finally get the fame, fortune, and penis sucking he richly deserves.

Rusty, the blistering moron that he is, has a few problems with his argument.

First, he argues that this website is defamation. This is untrue. Defamation is false information that ruins a person's reputation. In this thread, what isn't mockery or speculation is backed up with screenshots and/or archives. It is embarrassing information that is ruining his reputation, but it's 100% true. As Null has said, if this website (and by extension, this thread) was just complete nonsense, nobody would be that bothered by it. It's the fact that the information we collate is provably true that drives people up the wall.

Second, he argues that this website is a conflict between the 1st Amendment (free speech) and the 14th Amendment (equal treatment under the law). This is false. Not only is he given the exact same treatment as anyone else under the law, he's given the exact same treatment as any other sperg we cover here. One could argue that his treatment here is better than some, as he doesn't have a dedicated subforum like Tommy Tooter or DSP, and he doesn't have dedicated trolls like Patrick Tomlinson. But we all know that what he wants is preferential treatment under the law and on this website. (As an aside, nothing is stopping him from starting his own gossip website to shit on Null, or going to Onion Farms to bitch about Null there.)

Third, since Section 230 protects Null from being sued directly, in order to punish his supposed defamers, Russ would have to track down every single person who commented in this thread and sue each and every one of us. Since this is too daunting for his Mensa-level IQ, he chooses to go after Null, with predictable results. Since he cannot beat Null due to Section 230, he has to attack it.

Fourth, in his comparison to the DUI, the implication is that said person cleaned up their act after the conviction. Russ demonstrably has not cleaned up his act. He is still the same vexatious little sex pest that he has always been. Both we and Freemantle have dug up enough information to prove this is a pattern of behavior, not a one-time thing.

Finally, this thread, like the rest of the Orchards, is archived periodically (once every 24 hours, I think), and Jersh has made it quite clear that if the site is brought down, he will make the archives available for anyone to peruse. Tell me, Russ: if you do bring the Farms down, what is stopping us from disseminating the archives of this thread to every Instathot, judge, lawyer, and media company in the USA? The Kiwi Farms has strict rules against such distribution, but without the Farms, we have no reason not to- and if Russ was the reason the Farms came down, we'd have a very personal axe to grind against him.

If Russell demonstrably cleaned up his act (and took a shower once in a while), and then politely spoke to Null, Null would lock the thread and bury it deep in Spergatory. But Russ will not, and so the thread will remain.

38%? Seems KF is slipping, 62% are getting off scot-free. Damn.

I wonder whose post triggered this recent whinge fest?
It's the fact that the lawyers for Freemantle were able to use Google (though mostly the court records) to find russhole's dirty laundry and failed lolsuits when he 'is past all that' and 'deserves a fair chance without old mistakes holding him back' etc. etc.

He's so transparent with these PACs it's unreal. Even someone stumbling across that site at random can immediately tell why it was created by the creator, who'se feefees got hurt when his crimes got him cyberbowled to the point he developed trauma lumps and his head tightens.

They used the courts, not Google.
