Wuhan Coronavirus / COVID-19 Thread 2: Booster Shot - Resume all Corona sperging here.

Family member told me out of the blue today I am no longer welcome in her house because I am unvaccinated. I mentioned she will need to social distance from my son and wear a mask around him because he may be an asymptomatic carrier and is unvaccinated. Apparently that is different and is okay.
Notch it up and tell her she needs a RAT test before seeing your son

Trolling family is permitted and can be fun (the SiL is my usual target)

Ayy lmao, our dear leaders in Germany actually want to ease off Coof restrictions until 20th of March (which is when the law says it'll all drop anyway). Not all, though. Mask mandates will be kept and there seem to be no plans for them to ever be dropped. Gotta remind people of their place.

/edit: And of course there's gonna be a vaccine mandate. It doesn't make sense, but well, we ordered enough vaccine doses to vaccinate every German around six times, and we can't let that money go to waste, eh?

One of my friends has had three heart attacks and cancer from shit in his childhood and caught covid despite being vaxxed twice. He was out for nine days with cold sweats, coughing his guts out, and nausea. He was more depressed at the social isolation than anything else.

I caught it and was out for the same amount of time and felt the last part more than anything.

The Global Covid Vaccination Campaign Is Courting Catastrophe

By Vasko Kohlmayer

From the closing weeks of 2020 through February 1, 2022, more than sixty percent of the world’s population was injected with Covid-19 vaccines.
This means that in a period of less than fourteen months more than 4.7 billion people received at least one Covid shot. Tens of millions received as many as four doses.
The first clinical trial of Covid vaccines was launched in Germany on April 23, 2020 with the Pfizer–BioNTech vaccine. The first country to authorize the use of the vaccine in the general population was the United Kingdom. The UK issued its authorization on December 2, 2020, and this move was quickly followed by dozens of other nations. The United States issued its emergency use authorization on December 11.
This means that the massive global vaccination campaign – which quickly reached a frenzied pitch – was launched less than 8 months from the start of the clinical trials.
To begin administering a vaccine to the general population within such a short trial period was wholly unprecedented in the annals of modern medicine.
To establish that a vaccine is safe, extensive long-term testing must be carried out. This process involves multi-phase clinical trials and observational studies which include large numbers of subjects over time periods measured in years. This thorough and involved process takes at least five years to complete and usually much longer. According to Johns Hopkins University:
“A typical vaccine development timeline takes 5 to 10 years, and sometimes longer, to assess whether the vaccine is safe and efficacious in clinical trials, complete the regulatory approval processes, and manufacture sufficient quantity of vaccine doses for widespread distribution.” [emphasis added]
Only upon satisfactory completion of this involved regimen can a vaccine be considered reasonably safe for mass administration to the general public.
Yet even the completion of this long process does not guarantee that a vaccine is completely safe. After receiving full approval, vaccines continue to be carefully monitored for adverse events in case some vaccinal flaw may have escaped detection during the multi-year trial phase. There have been a number of vaccines that were pulled from the market after they received full approval due to unexpected safety issues. Some of these include vaccines for Rotavirus, Lyme Disease and Whole Cell Pertussis among others.
Therefore, for a vaccine to be justifiably declared “completely safe,” it must undergo at least five years of intensive testing in clinical trials and then several years of monitoring as it is administered in populations at large.
The Covid vaccines, however, were publicly declared to be “completely safe” less than 8 months after the start of human clinical trials. On the normal vaccine trial timeline, month 8 is in Phase 2 of the three-stage clinical trial regime.
The claim that the Covid vaccines were “completely safe,” was, therefore, completely unjustifiable and unsubstantiated. Those who made this claim engaged in a deliberate and unconscionable act of public deception.
And yet this claim was used as the basis for a worldwide campaign in which more than half of Earth’s inhabitants have been injected with experimental pharmaceuticals that did not undergo proper testing.
The phrase “safe and effective” became the de-facto slogan of the planet-wide vaccination enterprise. Believing that the vaccines were “completely safe,” billions of people willingly – and even enthusiastically – lined up to receive their Covid injections.

How COVID lockdowns inspire terrorists

By Raymond Ibrahim

One of the main problems with overly stringent laws is that only some people will follow them, while others will ignore or even exploit them. The result, all too often, is that law-abiding citizens will be put at a disadvantage vis-à-vis lawbreakers.
Overly restrictive gun laws offer a prime example: only those who already play by the rules will obey such restrictions, whereas criminal elements will naturally ignore them. The result is that those who merely seek to defend themselves may end up being disarmed, whereas those targeting them will be armed.
Unsurprisingly, this topsy-turvy phenomenon is also evident in the “brave new world” ushered in by COVID-19. Not only, as a John Hopkins study recently revealed, have “ill-founded” and draconian lockdowns had “devastating effects” on economies and societies; but in some cases, they have even empowered murderers and disempowered their victims.
This comes out clearly in a recent report from Nigeria titled, “Militia Failed to Obey Covid-19 Lockdown, Killed 24 Christians Observing Government Orders.” According to this report, a group of Islamic terrorists “wielding AK-47s and machetes… killed twenty-four people, who were observing COVID-19 lockdown orders” -- and, as such, were sitting ducks.
The [lockdown] order was issued by the state government. However, this group of Fulani militants failed to abide by the order and managed to pass through military stations on their way to the Kaura village. The attack, which took place in a Christian village, lasted about thirty minutes.
Such stories can be heard repeatedly in the surrounding villages… and hundreds of others across Nigeria’s fertile Middle Belt.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, a community leader explained how, along with lockdown rules, gun bans are also leading to the exposure and subsequent massacre of Christians:
The government and security agencies have failed us. We don’t know where to go, we don’t know who to believe in. It is the constitutional responsibility of government to protect lives and property, but this government has failed us woefully. People are asking why the government allows herdsmen to move about freely with guns to kill people? Since the government has failed in tackling these killers, we should be allowed to also carry arms like them.
Finally, and perhaps unsurprisingly, “The community leader said the militants claimed more lives than the pandemic in his village. ‘We can’t farm or go to school. The Fulani militants will attack you. We are suffering.’”
To be sure, this is just one of many examples of how COVID measures have been used to discriminate against or persecute Christians throughout the Muslim world.
At any rate, here, then, is one more example that, when it comes to protecting a people’s welfare -- which is what gun laws and COVID lockdowns are supposed to be all about -- it’s probably best to let the people themselves decide on what course of action to follow.

The ruling class and the Covid coup

By Jared Peterson

The Covid virus has been used as an excuse to re-order society and permanently concentrate power in the hands of a small elite. You don’t have to wade through the 280 pages of The Great Reset by Klaus Schwab and Thierry Malleret of the World Economic Forum to appreciate how eagerly Covid and its sinister possibilities have been embraced by the upper reaches of our power structure.
I recently received a telling email from the current President of the Harvard Law School Association, a partner in Sullivan and Cromwell, for at least 75 years one of the most influential corporate law firms on Wall Street. The first paragraph of his email – introducing the new president of the association – is a toss-off illustrating the pervasiveness of this orientation toward permanent change.
The outgoing Harvard law School Association president begins:
I last wrote to you in the fall of 2020, about six months into the global COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, and unexpectedly, we can now say that we are almost two years into this uniquely challenging worldwide crisis. The pandemic and its effects on the social fabric have meant many things to people around the world. For most of us, whatever our experience, it has transformed our lives – the way we work, live, and interact with others. I believe it remains to be seen how many of those changes will be permanent, but to me it does not seem an overstatement to say that this shock, particularly because of its long duration, has forever changed the course of many aspects of the lives of people around the world, albeit in ways that are not yet clear to any of us.
Even though it may be spitting in the wind, I was moved to respond. I suspect many readers would share the reaction and thoughts that I conveyed to him:
The last two sentences of the first paragraph in your email are both unsupportable and deeply troubling. They imply a mindset that millions of normal people in America, Europe and around the world suspect pervades our elites: a desire, as opposed to a mere prediction, that at least some of the always controversial, and increasingly justifiably resented, governmental measures allegedly adopted to control the covid virus become permanent; and more troubling still, a hope that the principle underlying those measures - that government may suspend cherished personal freedoms and constitutional rights by the simple mechanism of declaring an emergency - may become generalized, to be invoked in the future for other unnamed purposes.
No, the pandemic has not "transformed" our lives (see the second to last sentence, your first paragraph). "Transform" is a transitive verb that implies permanency. There is nothing about this pandemic, certainly nothing about the governmental measures taken allegedly to control it, that need to be permanent. Masks, lockdowns, human isolation and mandatory "vaccination," including severe discrimination against the "unvaccinated," can and should all be dispensed with. As with the 1918/19 worldwide flu, which killed a vastly greater percentage of our nation and the world's population than this one, there is no reason completely normal life cannot return once the pandemic no longer presents a crisis -- as already now appears to be the case. When someone in your position speaks of "transformation" of, as opposed to a massive and temporary interruption of, normal human life and freedom, the reasonable suspicion arises that that person is expressing desire rather than necessity.
And no again, it does not "remain to be seen how many of the changes will be permanent," even though to you "the pandemic "has FOREVER (my emphasis) changed the course of many aspects of the lives of people around the world." Indeed, the governmental measures, not the pandemic itself, "has *** changed many aspects of people's lives around the world." I have deliberately omitted the word "forever" from your quoted language, a word that, again, seems to me to express a wish rather than an inevitable fact.
Normal people, that is people who do not share your highly privileged position or the position of other members of Western governmental and other key elites, long intensely for a complete return of normal human life; and they see no reason why anyone should question either the desirability of that wish, or the possibility that it might soon be fulfilled.
Among other things, they long for a world in which the life-affirming pleasure of direct human interaction is not diminished by countenance obscuring face masks; in which children are not forced to suffer serious detriment in their social and educational development by interacting only with friends and teachers whose faces they cannot see; and in which they are not sent the constant message by adults’ monomaniacal focus on possible infection that direct human contact is dangerous and therefore that isolation - which we know to be destructive of the human psyche - is preferable to personal interaction. This is but a partial list of the many destructive aspects of "the measures," not of the pandemic itself, that ordinary people in their millions wish to be permanently and completely done with.
None of what has been going on for the last two years needs to be a "transformation" of human life or to become permanent.
Unless persons such as you see some other, unarticulated, utility in that permanency.
I am not holding my breath waiting for a response

So out of curiosity. Who on here has had cooof and had no long lasting effects?

I see a lot of maxvaxxed spastics snivelling precisely that happened to them. But nobody unvaccinated who has this issue.

I've had coof twice. No vaccines for it at all. No long lasting effects from coof either.

I have vaccinated family though whose health has fucking tanked irrespective of whether or not they caught coof. Psoriasis and dysmonnorrhoea are the two biggest ones.
I had the OG strain in February 2020 and recovered at home with no treatment and no lasting effects. I may have had Delta asymptomatically about a year and a half later because I tested positive for antibodies towards the end of summer 2021.

I spent the weekend people watching outdoors in Orange County, just south of LA. About half the people (mostly joggers, hikers, and bikers) had masks on.
The amount of people I see wearing masks outside is fairly shocking. I was in a Big City recently and it seemed like 75% of everyone walking around were masked up. It's been fun looking at the fallout from the superb owl and all the celebs and fans partying like nothing was going on while authorities sweat and try to pretend the scamdemic hasn't been over since 2020 and the rest is just pageantry and spite rather than admitting the skeptics were right from the get go.

In Ontario they're announcing that as of March 1 the provincial requirement for restaurants and businesses to know your medical history will be eliminated BUT they're pulling a page from the Alberta book and just offloading responsibility to individual businesses. Normally I'd say this is a win but I'm concerned that based on how cucked the entire country is, most places will still keep it up just to appeal to the people that wouldn't go there anyway. Gimme rainbows for hoping otherwise.

Oh and there are no plans to ditch mask rules because, I shit you not, people equate not wearing them to sucking down unfiltered camels and ghosting that shit down the lungs of people around you. The Branch Covidians have been broken by these laws and beyond just staying home and wearing their biohazard gear themselves, need to have everyone else as miserable and fearful as them.

That sounds like socal. Regardless of the county, I'm sure every city in socal is like that, even the smaller ones out east like Poway and Riverside.

I've had it at least once while unvaxxed, and the only reason I know is because of two positive antibody (blood) tests. Had some short-term smell anomalies Nov 2020, so maybe related, but otherwise no symptoms at all (much less muh lang corvid).

Everyone else in my social circle who caught had a fever & chronic tiredness at worst to asymptomatic but testing positive so staying at home for beer & vidya all week.
Worst case came from a double-vaxxed true-believer colleague.

So with Omicron spreading fast locally due to marginal exposure to prior strains and low cross immunity, my friend's pretty small business has adopted a very Chad tactic; Just absolutely refuse to get tested LMFAO. Without confirmation of a case, nobody else can be defined as a "close contact", nobody has to quarantine, business keeps running, everyone gets paid. They got a few people walking around with a minor coof they don't even need a sick day for, and they're just cracking jokes about other innocuous explanations for their coughs like peanuts in their throat or exercising to sing in the opera.

Also of note is that the definition of a "close contact" is conditional upon whether the party you were in contact with was masked or not. Ahh yes, the mythical cloth face totem has absolved them of their human interaction sins! No need to go into quarantine then! Just clown word shit.

Further to the question of @Fliddaroonie (which I responded to a few days ago), my pureblood update is that I now have the coof for sure, like tested sealed and approved.

Exact same symptoms as last time (June), but somewhat milder. Last time, the sickness dragged on for 2-3 weeks but no long-term effects. This time, I'm on day 5 of symptoms and frankly feeling substantially better already.

I will get a "certificat de retablissement" out of this, i.e., a 4-6 month "freedom pass." But since I am NOT A FUCKING COLLABO, I will not be using it. The restaurants, bars, and other establishments that do not want my plague-rat money can continue to go fuck themselves.

I guess the trash cans might be full of freedom pass soon.

Slightly off-topic, the current governor of New York State Kathy Hochul might not be re-elected if she's still stubborn unless she count on fraud and dead voters to the rescue.

Kathy Hochul's war on the suburbs may get her kicked out of NY's governorship

By Linda R. Killian

During the Obama administration, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) was the primary weapon used against single-family zoning in the suburbs. The left is now leading the assault with state laws to supersede local zoning laws and force multi-family projects into suburban neighborhoods. Their efforts in New York could reverberate across the nation if successful.
Proposed New York State Senate S.4547 would override local zoning to permit the construction of accessory dwelling units as small as 550 square feet on residential property for the purposes of rental. Existing accessory dwelling ordinances, which have been adopted to accommodate family members living in these units, would be voided immediately, completely usurping municipal home rule powers for single-family zoning districts. Municipalities would be prevented from imposing barriers to the units, including parking requirements, setbacks, or allowable residential density. This is a legislative camel's nose into the tent to institutionalize state authority.
In a January 25 letter to the Westchester County Municipal Officials Association, primary legislative sponsor Senator Peter Harckham, a Democrat, wrote, "[W]e can move forward in our shared goal of fighting the housing affordability crisis. Moreover, I am thrilled [that] Governor Kathy Hochul agrees, and has including our legislation in her Executive Budget proposal, while earmarking $85 million to legalize these units and ensure they are safe."
Hochul's plan to expand "affordable housing" by fiat goes farther in imposing mandates and eroding local zoning. Her executive budget allocates $25 billion over five years to create 100,000 affordable dwellings. In addition, once local zoning has been overridden for accessory dwellings, the governor plans to introduce legislation to force construction of multi-family residences in and around Metro-North train stations and bus stops.

Now the medias will try to debunk this by saying she have some cardiac conditions or something like that and the vaxx was for nothing like they did with that Brazilian reporter.

If evil tries to gaslight us into thinking that the insane freakshow of the "New Normal" it forced on the world never really happened, I think I'm going to commit "wrongthink" by remembering it.

The fearmongering, the jab drama, the "social distancing" craze, treating "just a flu bro" like a deadly superplague, the circus of politics, the fact that political alignment determines how a state handles the "deadly superplague", the isolation, "face mask" mania, the messed up development kids can get from muzzling up, the suicides, the lost jobs, the clown journos lying and demonizing "wrongthinkers", the "cancelling of real life", and the rest of this insanity that's challenged faith in the species.

As said before, if this really was a deadly superplauge, one wouldn't need media and "influencers" to remind them.

Good dick or bad jab? You decide!

Maxxvaxxed colleague of mine was sick, as in vomited then fainted at work couple weeks back.

Came back to work yesterday. Healthy white woman, 27, one child, nonsmoker, light drinker no prior health issues. She's had blood clots in her lungs. Most recent vaxx, the booster, a month ago.

Not on hormonal BC, left sterile after an emergency hysto following birth of her child going tits up 3 years ago. No oophorectomy so hormones mostly normal.

Go figure, eh?

Edited to say: be me in my favorite bar complete with favorite pint and pig snacks. Conversation has turned to People We Know Who Are Ill Following The Vaccines. Scary, scary shit.
