I saw the pregnancy announcement featured and damn.

It's too early to say if Bruce is autistic but he's not downs (or if he is they're keeping it quiet).

That said, yes there was a higher risk of miscarriage and my personal schitzotheory is that she had a "selective reduction", which is when you abort one twin - or in this case, two triplets. Hila got pregnant with IVF (because Ethan's dick doesn't work) and it's not uncommon to implant multiple fertilised eggs to increase the chance of success, but then can also result in a much higher chance of fraternal twins/triplets. She was carrying triplets and then suddenly carrying one baby "because the hospital got confused". They probably opted to get two of the babies flushed to make the pregnancy easier on Hila (and also because they didn't want triplets) but this procedure increases the risk of miscarriage of the remaining baby. Which is why it was so pernicious for the Kleins to gleefully air the theory that if Hila did have a miscarriage, it would have been Trisha's fault.

Nah. That's pretty much an urban legend. My mother had my sibling at 46. This was quite awhile ago and they observed her like a hawk but my sibling is fine.
