It looks like it, I even heard the translators struggle on some sentences. Is this being dubbed in real, live time because they're talking in French or something?
We are a Union of States, to be accurate. Part of that is letting others live however they want as long as they leave us to do the same. Federal decrees are being tested and failing in the Supreme Court.I hear people making this argument, and its a bullshit argument. It should not matter that we've had a year and a half of relaxed restrictions. We're fucking America, we shouldn't have stood for any restrictions. A society with our constitution and our traditions should be educated enough to realize that.
Again, we're a country who's forefathers took on the mightiest Empire in the entire world over a fraction of the tax we're now paying. It should be engrained in our culture that we do not let our Government treat people this way.
We are a disgrace to what was intended for us, and saying stuff like "We haven't had it as bad as everyone else." is an excuse. We shouldn't have stood for it at all.
You can always count on Trudeau to flee the building when verbally attacked.Trudeau is getting fucking destroyed in the house of commons right now. This is the worst I've seen so far. Like holy shit are people angry.
The Federal Ministers also got grilled on EVERY SINGLE QUESITON, everyone, EVEN THE CBC, called them out on having literally no reason to instate the Emergencies Act.
This is a brutal day for the Liberals in parliament so far.
It's always pretty good. I was very surprised when I learned that so much of American senate "debate" is speeches to empty rooms.I've never watched Canadian PMQ's before, is it always this good?
Considering the state of the world, the nature of the thread, and the pettiness of the trannies employed by the leaf government? Not by a long shot.Is it schizophrenic to believe the DDOSing might be related to this issue?
Yeah you may not recall but during the 2020 election cycle, Jack Dorsey's explanation for why it actively suppressed any linking to or discussion of the New York Post's expose on the Hunter Biden laptop was because it "went against their policy regarding hacked material."I am MAD AT THE INTERNET so get your reactions ready. How the fuck is it that there are dedicated twitter accounts revealing people who have donated to the truckers and they're just getting away with it?
So apparently David's Tea company (pretty self explanatory) is being boycotted because the company owner's wife had made a $200 donation to the truckers. A lot of things are pissing me off right now about this, but the political affiliations were turned around there would be some major consequences for doxing people on twitter.
"Don't like it, make your own ba-... WAIT STOP!"Kudos for Stonetoss for keep on truckin'.
Don't get excited yet, he wasn't unambiguous enough. When I first heard the question I thought he was asking if counter-protestors would also get in trouble. Hell I still think that's what he meant. The NDP is FOLDING!!!
JAGMEET SINGH IS TURNING AGAINST THE EMERGENCIES ACT!!
"What assurances will the Prime Minster provide so that legal protests are not impacted by the implication of the Emergencies Act?"
He's worried about the Counter Protestors, but he put the Sikh sword down on the Act.
To me it sounded like he still wanted the truckers out, but wanted an assurance his favourite antifa trannies could kick off as much as they liked without getting arrested. The NDP is FOLDING!!!

Agreed. American politics is disgustingly "respectable" and sterile. It allows politicians to never be called on their bullshit. It's always pretty good. I was very surprised when I learned that so much of American senate "debate" is speeches to empty rooms.

Hard Lefties only want rules for others, never for themselves. To me it sounded like he still wanted the truckers out, but wanted an assurance his favourite antifa trannies could kick off as much as they liked without getting arrested.
No but it's a start. He said it right at the end, so you could tell he wanted to read the room before putting a stance down.Don't get excited yet, he wasn't unambiguous enough.
