Sorry to keep being flabbergasted. But that document looks like, from three months after surgery to two years after surgery, they have to dilate for 50 minutes, three times a day. And then after two years they “only” have to do it three times a week.

How can anyone live like this? Three hours a day, every day, for two years? How can they have jobs, go to the gym, clean the kitchen? I just feel like 3x a day for an hour each time is an almost impossible time commitment for anyone.

How can anyone in the medical profession recommend this surgery? This seems obscene. “Primum, non nocere.”

Again, sorry for my provincial shock, but my God.

Holy fucking shit!! I can't believe they tell troons beforehand that it required that level of care. That should be the first warning. Well, I suppose the sort of man who convinces himself that his penis will work inverted is also willing to convince himself that he can dilate that wound for three hours a day every day for the rest of his life. I wonder if the wound would stay open, even if someone managed to maintain that regimen. It kinda seems like Dr. Bangkok set a really high bar knowing full well none of his feckless patients could maintain it.

You've hit the nail on the head. There's zero way anyone could follow those instructions carefully for 3 years without slipping a bit. It basically pushes any medical neglegence lawsuits 3 years into the future AND the doctor is covered if the patient decides to slip up at any point of their aftercare.

It's actually genius how the scam works in a twisted way.

This may be a comment more for the general SRS thread but some post-op detrans people I've talked to said they just stopped doing ANYTHING to their neovagina and say they're "doing fine". None of them are having any kind of sexual activity either though, so I'm guessing its more a reverting to shitty male hygiene standards due to laziness and depression than it is things are actualy all hunky dory down there. Might make for an interesting study some day when more post ops come to their senses.

"After day 6, the total time for your routine vaginal dilation must be constant (150 minutes per day) as our standard requirement" (my bold).

Chettawut's instructions seem to be far stricter than most of the others I found with a casual search; none of them recommend sessions longer than 30 minutes, and that at 2-3 times a day. I strongly suspect he uses it as a gotcha if you later complain.

Because there' s no bloody way even the most motivated tranny can keep up with this. Not even those who are chronically jobless twitterblobs.
