That $5000 per month bit still kills me. How he ever got away with that bullshit.

He only got to $5k average per month by having a single month be $9k. That's such a ludicrous amount that I don't remember anyone even trying to guess what he could possibly have been claiming to purchase that month. What the fuck did he do different July 2019 to supposedly spend so much?

Phil exclaimed "I suggest you take that $30 and smoke it."

Couple things. Phil hates the game but he got a refund. His disdain for it is uncomfortable. Also suggesting this person to go and burn the money, because I guess that is how he treats money in any situation.

Easy to make a joke about this because he could have just said take that $30 and give it to me but yeah, bizarre.

The fact the Judge in the Bankruptcy case had to ask for his PayPal information from the first 2 accounts, and also the third account after it was revealed he had 3 tells me he was or is not reporting the PayPal income as income.

Respectfully disagree. Every estimation of his taxes has matched up with him accounting for all of his tips in his income. Also has suggested that he ends up taking the standard deduction.

Compare the income reported on his bankruptcy form (which would be checked against the tax returns Nancy also requested) with what I estimated at the time. They're within a few hundreds of dollars. He's dumb, and likely only initially listed his bank accounts. Then Nancy asked where thousands of dollars of income were, and he was told he needed to put his PayPal down too.

I do not doubt for a minute that he hasn't been including gifted games and equipment, but he includes his tipped money.

I factor in the worst case scenario for Phil, that includes his tax payment, back taxes and his quarterly B&O payment. I do not include groceries though as to me thats not a business expense.

Payments for games are not included, but his Gamepass, Sony online is included. Since Phil no longer pays for games but begs instead for credits.
