Those were wildcat strikes. The one in Coutts only lasted as long as it did because Rebel News backed them. I told people hundreds of pages ago that those would be disbursed. They have strong powers to remove blockages on the super-slab.

The main event, the Freedom Convoy, is in Ottawa. That ain't going anywhere and the city government is currently eating itself rather than deal with it.
