Mainstream neurology doesn't maintain strong sex based differences in human brains, and when they do exist, they're broad generalities, no more profound than height distributions. The best (and I genuinely mean the best) evidence they've got only shows gay men's brains have some traits more like the average female brain. Transwomen do not score any more female in these metrics than other gay men do.
