If I had to take a shot in the dark, I know things like surgery can be declined if you're too overweight to do it safely. I cannot get over how the crucifix necklace in this drawing looks like she used one of the "chain brushes" you can download on any art program. Those brushes are helpful, sure, but not when they're used like this and make it stick out like an eyesore.
Shading doesn't improve anything. She really needs to do anatomy practice, especially heads/faces, tits and legs/thighs.
