I'm getting fucking sick of this shit. I live close enough to downtown in one of these cities that all I hear is HONK HONK HONK HONK day in day out. The 'protest' is literally next to a building that has a seniors care place for people with dementia and shit. I don't even give a fuck about the politics any more. I don't know what anyone is protesting. I don't care at this point. If this shit wasn't ongoing for days and days I'd be weary about the emergency powers but at this point I'm so done with it that I hope the army comes in and gets them all to shut the fuck up. I just want to relax.

Fucking with a man's dog is a line you don't cross. Civil actions mean nothing as they will just pay you with your own tax dollars and then raise your taxes. It's basically a slap in the face:

You think you can take money from us? Well, fuck you! Here is an increase on your taxes, we will make that settlement money back before you die. We have all the time in the world.

The good part of a civil action is that the government discloses who killed your dog. It's not the shelter workers fault but perhaps its the officer that arrested you. Or perhaps the government attorney that completed the paperwork for the detention and euthanasia.

Perhaps a few months after your detention you decide to go off grid and to dig a hole in some tree covered area of remote Northern Canada. Coincidentally, one of the defendants disappear a few months after discovery is filed. Its always a possibility they ran due to the lawsuit.

As you will probably be jobless for a couple month, may I suggest some reading. Be sure to pick it up at a used college bookstore, less records that way
