I've been waiting for that. The thing bothering those in power about this whole thing has been the insubordination* from the people.

*If the word insubordination EVER shows up in any contract or conversation, RUN.

I remember these people all too well because I was one of them, at least in college. At some point you just have to learn to shut up and regurgitate the bullshit theory the professor is teaching you even though you know it has no tangible applicability in reality and these people have never worked a job outside of academia in their professional lives. Having to lie through your teeth to get good grades is agonizing. You’re not really allowed to disagree with whomever is educating you.

The sad part about good students becoming complacent and never questioning the intentions of the establishment is that I don’t think a lot of them have that moment where they realize and begin to come to terms with the fact that their freedom of expression is an illusion. Ted Kaczynski wrote a lot about oversocialization and how modern society conditions kids heavily to not deviate from the norm unless the system can profit from it somehow.

Anyway, I’m getting off topic here, which has been a heavy recurring theme of this thread whenever there’s a slow news day. I’m watching every development unfold in Ottawa with bated breath. Not gonna go full doomer just yet because no matter what happens, even if the convoy is broken up, the political, social and economic consequences will be felt in the long-term, and you’re kidding yourself if you think this will be swept under the rug by 2023.

That's what covid was really about. It was never about a virus and it was never about our health. In roughly two years we've gone from "Two weeks to flatten the curve!" to "You're under arrest for insubordination, slave!" These communist scumbags are in position all across the world and are desperate to enslave us all - for our 'own good' ofc.

That pet euthanasia stuff, does anybody have a good source that can't be debunked because "It's not from a mainstream website!"

I see some family members that are calling it fake news on boomerbook, and although I know they wont change their minds, I would like to shock them if possible. It would also be nice to have the confirmation myself that it's not just someone stoking the fires for a little news buzz.

In case people haven't been paying attention, this crackdown had to happen, the optics of it will be used to get every last fence-sitter to turn against the parasites in Ottawa. Everything is following the Ceausescu scenario to the dot.

Edit: LOL @ the lemming afraid of getting arrested. It's not Belarus, nobody is going to sodomize you with a glass bottle. You'll get McDonalds for lunch if you're lucky.
