We used to call them sheep. NPC/bugman is just updated lingo for the times.

That small world mentality is probably why they can't see how disastrous they ideas they push and support are, and probably why they go along with whatever the news tells them today no matter how contradictory it is to yesterday's news.

They are like FATS who only see the next meal, coomers who only see the next e thot and sock, or antifa members who only see the next child.

YouTube doesn't outright kill streams if you break their TOS. They just show that message to viewers until the TOS breaking content is no longer on screen. It's their compromise to deal with stuff like IRL streamers hearing music in the background.
All live streams are scanned for matches to third-party content, including copyrighted content in the form of another live broadcast.

When third-party content is identified, a placeholder image may replace your live stream. You’ll be warned to stop streaming the third-party content. If you comply with this warning and address the issues, your stream can continue.

If the third-party content remains in your stream, your live stream will be temporarily interrupted or terminated. Your stream can also be terminated if you get a copyright or Community Guidelines strike.

Realistically it's very unlikely that anything will happen to you. But at the same time, anyone who ever get lined up against a wall was thinking the same thing. Life rarely turns out how you would expect and the crazy shit you see happening to others can always happen to you. You are not in separate world.
