Technically Rackets didn't get a strike yet, it's in a queue to happen a week from now
The queue is a gay thing implemented by the requests of copyholders so they can threaten a strike without actually violating the DCMA for things they clearly know are fair use or they don't own, long as they cancel it at the last minute.

I could be wrong but L&C may be trying to intimidate with this gay shit and there is a pretty decent chance they will pull it back.
Knowing Rackets, this is a bad idea and he most likely has Burch spinning up part of the legal filing right now if they are retarded enough to actually strike him.

Shellenberger was on the Babylon Bee podcast last year. They mentioned that he was a Time Magazine "hero of the environment" back in the 2000s and is now just a filthy wrongthinker despite not really shifting his viewpoints.

He had some great stuff to say about the magical thinking that goes into running California big cities. The pure insanity of the drug zones being one example. He made it sound like that brand of lunacy is spreading to other states as well, Austin TX being a prime candidate. Horrifying stuff.

This, the Rittenhouse case, and the Edgecomb case lead me to believe that judges genuinely think that the jury sees the case as they do and are going to make the "right" decision so they let things go or slide because they don't think it will be a big deal. I appreciate the reduced sentence but Potter shouldn't be going to jail at all. You don't go to jail for a mistake and the judge said herself she made one.
