I agree. Her legs literally have NO fat on them. None on her ass or tits. Weirdly just the gut, upper arms, and neck. Its kim lol. I even read that it can cause type 2 diabetes on rare occasions.

Yeah , I would say this is it. Not to PL but I work with a kid (16) that has this and honestly they look pretty similar . Kim also has the moon face and in some pictures you can see how thin her hair is on the side and in a few of her lives it kinda looks like she has some facial hair going on to.
Strangely enough the kid is also from a low income white trashy family.
