What I have learned from the Trucker protest by Timmy age 10:

"THEY" are allowed to protest anywhere, anytime, any way, because their cause of changing the government, law, and society is for the "greater good" (and the ruling/cultural elite have given their blessing).
"YOU" are NOT allowed to protest because your cause is selfish and you are trying to "overthrow" the government, law, and society (and you are inconveniencing ruling/cultural elite).

Again the rules are:
You can only protest if it aligns with the will of your betters.
-If you are protesting for a "sanctioned cause" you are considered "freedom fighters" and cultural heroes/revolutionaries.
-If you you participate in a sanctioned protest any opposition from the government will be called a human rights violation.
-The government may not block any funding/supplies from sanction protestors as this is a fascist tactic.
-Sanctioned protest must be preformed as loud and publicly as possible to spread the glorious message especially if it inconveniences the public.

You may not protest if it doesn't align with the will of your betters.
-If you are protesting for a "unsanctioned cause" you are considered "insurrectionist" and terrorists.
-If you you participate in a unsanctioned protest any opposition from the government will be called a patriotic defense of the country.
-The government MAY block/confiscate any funding/supplies from unsanctioned protestors as this is a democratic tool to restore order.
-Unsanctioned protest must be preformed as quietly and out of eye-view as possible as to not interrupt the public's lives.

He's claiming that the cops grabbed him from the crowd, roughed him up, put some cuffs on him and made a show of arresting him but let him go without charges. Did anyone catch that on any stream? He says it happened in the last hour of daylight or so

If your truck is a diesel just run it out of fuel or crack open the suction side of the fuel line so it sucks air.
Harmless and even if they try and commandeer your rig it wont start.

When diesels run out of fuel its a whole thing to bleed the system and get them going again.

It's not hard to purge systems of air. These aren't the old mechanical systems.

Pull the ECM. Or if the fuse is in a weird place pull that. Had a $700 truck wash once because the one in the fuse block labeled "ECM" wasn't it. It was in the battery box and it got wet and blew. Who knew?

Based purely on personal experience and anecdotes, this is something the RCMP does. It's the sort of thing where they don't think anyone will believe it really happened.

The government is quite possibly making a mistake by not finishing what they started. Physically ending protests is usually done as quickly as possible to prevent protesters reinforcing and reduce the time the populous is actively focused on the government bringing the jackboot down.

At this rate it looks like this could be a weeklong+ project, and that is without protest reinforcements.

Getting more people to the protest than what the cops can remove is certainly an interesting proposition, if rather unlikely.
