"YOU" are NOT allowed to protest because your cause is selfish and you are trying to "overthrow" the government, law, and society (and you are inconveniencing ruling/cultural elite).

Again the rules are:
You can only protest if it aligns with the will of your betters.
-If you are protesting for a "sanctioned cause" you are considered "freedom fighters" and cultural heroes/revolutionaries.
-If you you participate in a sanctioned protest any opposition from the government will be called a human rights violation.
-The government may not block any funding/supplies from sanction protestors as this is a fascist tactic.

You may not protest if it doesn't align with the will of your betters.
