I agree with some of that, but you are also wrong about some of it. God has very clearly given humans "super powers" on several occasions in the Bible (Moses, Samson, etc). I don't know why you went there because I wasn't even talking about superpowers. It would honestly give you a claim. Being deprived of the ability to feed yourself without due process for holding unacceptable opinions does meet the definitions under US law for applying for asylum. Canada also borders the USA directly so America would be the country of 1st entry and thus has an obligation under international treaties to honor refugees.

Just make sure you enter into a State like Idaho. The dementia patient in Chief is only interested in the right kinds of immigrants and "asylum" seekers. You will be more likely to find a lawyer in those places willing to take on your case, pro Bono (since you won't have access to your money). The basic process is you must turn yourself in immediately to the authorities and the very first words out of your mouth have to be you are requesting asylum. The moment you say that you cannot be deported without first given a hearing by a magistrate judge.

Under Trump, they could have sent you back to Canada to await your hearing but Biden rescinded that rule which means all you have to do is request asylum and you are in. Hopefully no Canadians actually have to do this because it's fucking retarded.
