The 0:47 clip I mentioned is this one -- it's not the one shot by Jost, but someone standing right beside him and Flower Guy (if you watch, you can see Flower Guy's bouquet sticking into the video frame from the left). After seeing the clip you asked for, it looks like he is a third, unknown streamer. I found it circulating Twitter, and I think it's popped up a few times in this thread via different people. The NDP at this point are siding with Trudeau on the basis they look more ethical than the Libs. Canadian politics are an absolute circus show. In the last election you had the Conservatives trying to appeal to Liberal voters, and you had the NDP trying to appeal to voters while Trudeau just did the whip and the nay nay over the entire population back into office.

Trudeau's arrogance stems from the fact his opponents, in the form of the CPC party candidates and the post-Layton era NDP are completely incompetent. Every one of his opponents want to chase after his supporters and beg for their vote, meanwhile they (as of my trip to Canada in 2015 saw) put up yard signs that proudly proclaim, "We vote Canadian Broadcasting Corporation!"

Singh in the case of the NDP is a particularly toxic head of party. He takes ideas like affordable homes and student loan debt relief and mixes in "White people bad" rhetoric. This should be the crowning moment for the NDP, to oppose Trudeau on the grounds of opposing the protest but not the measures, and collapse his government and framing him as some sort of tin pot incompetent wannabe dictator who can't control his city without abusing Canadians. While another election so recent to previous one is a dangerous pull, it will hit Trudeau in a weak moment of his reign, catch the CPC off guard as they scramble to get someone to run, and give them something to attack him with on the debate stage other than the standard Singh routine of "YOURE NOT LIBERAL ENOUGH WITH THE SPENDING! Otherwise, we're good".
